Texted several more times when I got there. Waited around and texted some more. Finally, they texted me back after I was long gone. I had already reserved glasses, chairs, tables, and linens to rent with this company and wanted to look over the wine glasses to make sure they were nice. The owner or whoever never showed up. According the to the hours posted, they were supposed to be open but no one was there. Luckily I called 4 Seasons Party Rentals and he was able to see me right away and did a great job for our 16-person lunch that raised $125,000. DO NOT use this business for party rentals. at almost $8,000 per person raised, it's not worth taking any chances. We need these donors and these donors need tables and chairs to actually show up. They could have completely ruined this important events. If you can't trust them to show up to a meeting, how can you trust them with your special event.

The planning process was seamless. I was so impressed with the attention to detail at the wedding venue walkthrough. We walked the entire venue, bounced ideas off each other for placement of every single item, and built a schematic. They even measured the venue to know exact placement of tables, chairs, etc. Planning the wedding was so easy/smooth thanks to the planning tools and check ins. Our rehearsal was straight to the point and very easy. We didn't need the full two hours allotted by our venue because they were on top of everything! Then came the wedding day. Our bridal salon overlooked the venue, so we were able to see the progress throughout the day. THEY WORK HARD!! and I mean, they pay attention to every single little detail to make sure the place looks beautiful and perfect. It was so impressive, we all couldn't stop talking about it. The wedding day went seamless, on time, and without a single issue. Jessica and LaShawna were there every step of the way, speaking to each other through their own personal headpieces. Disappointed With My Experience…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Coco Sweet Designs Event Planning. Our event was scheduled for February 2027, and we made the decision, due to personal circumstances, that we would no longer be having a reception. The event was paid in full more than seven months in advance, and I requested a refund more than seven months before the scheduled event date. Unfortunately, my refund request was denied. I was told by the owner that, "in this business, refunds are not granted." I am very frustrated that there was no willingness to consider a refund given how far in advance the cancellation was made and the fact that the event was paid for in full so early. I understand that deposits and certain payments may be non-refundable, but being expected to simply forgo thousands of dollars for an event that is being cancelled more than seven months in advance is extremely difficult and disappointing. At this point, I cannot recommend my experience based on how this situation has been handled. I believe businesses should consider the circumstances of their clients, especially when a cancellation is communicated so far in advance and there is ample time for the date and services to potentially be rebooked. I hope others considering booking will carefully review and fully understand the cancellation and refund policies before making a significant financial commitment. I also have photos that the refund policy was not posted when I initially requested cancellation of our event.

Always a great time coming to Hiddenbrooke. Got blessed with wonderful weather in Feb and came to…read moreshoot 18. The grass was great but my biggest complaint is the tee times. No control over it and we watched a group finish 18 and restart by jumping ahead of us. Two of them were sharing clubs so it took forever, unfortunately only golfed 9 because of the length of time it took. Another bummer was online prices for tee times vs in store. Online said one price and in store it ended up costing more, real crappy to do that. Besides the tee times issues, it's a great course and a fun time.
