He was very observant, detail oriented, and friendly. When a caricature artist I booked back in March canceled on me 2 weeks before my August baby shower, I was scrambling to find a replacement. Luckily, Tucky came to the rescue!! He arrived promptly on time and started working right away. For three straight hours, he drew and drew my friends/family without ever once taking a break. Everyone of my guests love his style of drawing and had nothing but good things to say about him. My wife, daughter, and I also had ours done. This was both our first time getting a caricature (they're expensive at amusement parks!) and we could not have been happier with the result. BEST WEDDING PROPOSAL EVER! Tucky hands down made my wedding proposal better then I ever could have imagined. I'm from out of town and I called Tucky with an idea to have him meet my girlfriend (now fiancée) and I in a Gelato shop to draw us. I wanted him to secretly draw me proposing to my girlfriend and then turn the picture around so I could pop the question. Tucky was awesome from the start. He went out of his way to contact the owner of the Gelato shop and arranged for there to be a power outlet for his equipment. (I wanted him to set up on the boardwalk outside) I sent him a sketch of what I was looking for and a couple pictures of us so he knew who we were when we came in. The morning we were coming in, it started pouring buckets. I thought things might be ruined but Tucky fixed it. Without me even asking, he text me in the morning saying he had called the owner and made arrangements to set up inside. Everything went just as planned and his drawing was just what I was looking for. She was completely surprised. We just had Tucky at our sons first birthday yesterday. He was amazing!! I got his name recommended from another caricature artist so I gave him a call on Friday for our event on Sunday. Tucky answered the call promptly and answered all my questions very professionally. He was very nice on the phone. Even with such short notice he was able to make the event all the way in mountain view. He comes from the napa Vallejo area without charging an extra traveling fee which was nice. He also has a contract so you are able to get formal documentation and conformation which I am always a fan of. We corresponded a few times the next day over emails and phone and each time he responded very promptly. On the day of the event he showed up on time, was great with all the kids around and his drawings were a big hit! Multiple people asked about him and want his contact info for their parties. He was also so gracious and stayed a little extra to get a few more couples who arrived late and one for me an my sister at the very end bc I was so busy running around the party. And since my son was sleeping most of the time that he was there, he took a photo of one of our family photos and will do a caricature of all three of us as a souvenir from his birthday and then mail it to us.
