Since these decorations were for our wedding after party, we were obviously very busy at our actual wedding, and could not be there when she was setting up. However, she worked seamlessly with our wedding planner and the venue to coordinate the set up/breakdown of the decorations and she was super flexible with the timing. We did, however, encounter communication mishaps such as delayed responses and some confusion and part of it was my mistake as I still haven't updated my Yelp account to my current legal name. We got that straightened out but communication still didn't improve much. I understand we're all busy (especially their weekends) but I wanted all the details and planning squared away ahead of the event to get it out of the way. It was anxiety-inducing for me. We got the 11x11 size with the teddy bounce house and it comfortably fit 3 kids around the age of 1 and 3 more kids around the age of 3 and 4. So imagine 6 kids total, 3 of which are whizzing around this play area at the speed of light and 3 of which who are still learning how to walk and move at the speed of a turtle. My niece (who resides in CA) is turning 1 on 11/23, so I wanted something extra special in addition to other gifts I've sent. My first conversation with Jacquie was great! She seemed willing to help me accomplish what I wanted--a gift in a balloon with a specialty balloon bouquet. She immediately went to a store and took pictures of various things to put I'm the balloon (that's where the 2 stars come in). Unfortunately after that first conversation, I had the hardest time getting in contact with her. She gave me her contact info (email, phone number) that was different than how she'd communicate with me--strange. And she never answers her business line (that's posted on Yelp). It seemed like I was always chasing HER for the sale. After finally getting ahold of her on saturday, she said she'd call me on monday to process payment and get the delivery address. It's now Tuesday (11/22), my niece's birthday is tomorrow, and still no call or email from Jacquie. What a bummer! I was really looking forward to surprising my niece, but because of the waiting game Jacquie played I don't have time to find another company to help me. Just a little tip: COMMUNICATION I KEY!
