She's a gem in the industry, and we're so happy our paths crossed because her work is consistently amazing. Some of the balloons at the bottom eventually popped but it was ridiculously hot when we had the party and considering how high the temperature was, most of the balloon garland stayed intact. The pricing is also not ridiculously high compared to others. Cons: Communication could have been a little better. The owner, Jessica, is sweet. We did, however, encounter communication mishaps such as delayed responses and some confusion and part of it was my mistake as I still haven't updated my Yelp account to my current legal name. We got that straightened out but communication still didn't improve much. I understand we're all busy (especially their weekends) but I wanted all the details and planning squared away ahead of the event to get it out of the way. It was anxiety-inducing for me. We rented her arched backdrops and she created a balloon arch over the backdrops. Since these decorations were for our wedding after party, we were obviously very busy at our actual wedding, and could not be there when she was setting up. However, she worked seamlessly with our wedding planner and the venue to coordinate the set up/breakdown of the decorations and she was super flexible with the timing. Walking into the after party room was such a wonderful delight - the decorations looked amazing and exactly matched the vision we hoped for!
