This store is at the Great Mall in Milpitas. There is a large selection to shop for prom dresses, jewelry, shoes, clutches, etc. Most things are in the popular colors : silver, black, blue, pink, white. And displays are organized by color to make things easier to find. You don't feel pressured while browsing because the people working here pretty much ignore you and don't ask if you need help with anything. The quality of their products seem average at best, leaning toward "cheaply made". They'll survive a day's event, but don't count on some items lasting very long. Daughter stopped by here looking for some accessories for prom, but she didn't find what she was looking for. The search continues.

This store has great variety of dresses as far as media/texture, style, and color. They were out of most tiny sizes and my daughter is an adult who is still size 00. Some may be available to order, but not all. I recommend this store for a few reasons. 1. Very reasonable- both dresses we liked were less than 500.00. 2. Huge store, very spacious so you can really take it all in. 3. No pressure from sales people 4. They have also formal clutches, shoes, and jewelry, so you could very well hit this place and be done. The reasons it's not my fave- Not enough dressing rooms, dressing rooms are super tiny and ugly, a major lack of comfortable seating, so unfortunately you may need to leave Grandma at home this time. You aren't offered much help, so bring someone tall and strong to help you carry around your heavy dresses. Unfortunately the mall that it's located in seems like absolute garbage. But if you're on the hunt for a formal dress/gown, definitely check it out.

I've been shopping at Camille La Vie for YEARS!! Going back to when this establishment used to be called Group USA. The establishment is always very clean, organized, and precisely color coordinated- super esthetically pleasing. This is the place for all of your fancy snazzy needs for any and ALL occasions.... but at a price. Be advised that the purchases here will set you back a pretty penny regardless of this dress shop being considered an outlet. There are dresses available in all shapes, sizes, and colors. Plus sizes are available but will be more limited. Cocktail dresses, full on gowns, and accessories are conveniently available under one roof. With that being said, customer service is pretty much nonexistent beyond the gal over in the dressing room. Don't come in expecting too much and speak up if you have any needs because employees won't be approaching you. 2 stars. My experiences here have unfortunately gone downhill and the high costs just aren't justified overall. I'd definitely come back but CLV wouldn't be my first choice to visit.

Shitty quality. 60 minutes into wearing it

The service was pretty much none, and the selection was ok, the the quality it awful. I'm so bummed we didn't stick with our initial pick at Windsor (a few doors down) So today is prom- my senior is dressed to impress in her non refundable Camille dress, and during pre prom photos, it literally "broke apart". So now she's going to prom in a dress that looks messy. This deserves a refund- it really does. I know my daughter will definitely try! Poor quality! not worth the high prices at all

My daughter went dress shopping for Senior Prom and she found a dress that she loved. Very great quality and affordable. Staff was very helpful

Potential summer city hall wedding dress? Too bad you can't use the wedding fitting rooms because this is a "prom dress"

As a kid, I definitely dreamed of walking down the aisle in a fancy ballgown that mimicked Cinderella in all her splendor. I was certain with a dress like that, all the woodland animals would come at my beckoning and I would be the fairest of them all. I remember walking past Group USA as a child and dreaming of the day I'd get to pick out one of those gorgeous dresses as one of my own. But as I grew up and got a little older, I began to appreciate the simpler things in life, including my vision of what that trip down the aisle looks like. I dream of a summer wedding at city hall, and with that, I wanted a short flouncy white dress. If anyone has ever tried to look for a short wedding dress, most boutiques are absolutely lacking in this department. A bridal boutique near my home only had about 6 different styles that ended above the ankle, and none of the 6 screamed "YAAAAAAAAAAAAS". So a solution to this is to check out the prom dress selections during prom season. I walked past Group USA earlier today, and in the windows and the front of the store were at least 10 different white dresses, all of them were adorable, cute, and had strong candidacy to be THE DRESS. I grab a few in my size and walk to the fitting rooms. I'm met with a ridiculous line filled with a bunch of high school girls and their mothers shouting things back and forth about sizes, cut-outs, styles, colors...etc. I ask an attendant who walked past if there was a separate fitting room for wedding dresses. She abruptly says yes, but tells me while eyeing the dresses in my hands that I probably can't use it since those are prom dresses, but I should ask a consultant. So I go into the wedding dress section and ask for a consultant. The consultant comes fairly promptly afterwards, but disdainfully says I cannot use the fitting rooms in the wedding section since the dresses are from the prom section and it's prom season. I tell her, I understand that I got these dresses from the prom section, but that I am shopping for my wedding dress and would love to try these on with various accessories. She rudely responds and says no, sorry, it's prom season and she could bring accessories to me in the prom fitting room section, but I couldn't try them on in the wedding section. Policy, she says. Prom season, sorry. I put the dresses back on the hangers and left the store near tears. I'm sorry, but that was an atrocious experience. I understand that the dress is in theory marketed for prom, but I am there shopping for my wedding dress. The experience that we hope to receive for wedding dress shopping should not be any different just because I want a short wedding dress (which your store sells none of by the way). Why does it matter, a dress is a dress, a customer's intent should dictate the level of attention and service. This dress is probably one of the most significant dresses she will ever put on in her life. To find it, to try it on, to decide if that is THE DRESS, she shouldn't have to wait in line and look in the mirror in a cramped tiny fitting room stall amid the chaos of high schoolers and their mothers during prom season. And how long would I have to wait to have the accessories handed to me to try on from one section to another when there's a massive line in between the two. Not to mention that wedding dress shopping takes time, which means a fitting room stall that your business probably desperately needs for your flurry of business rather than being forever occupied by a disgruntled wedding dress shopper. Your attendants were rude and curt, I get it, it's prom season and it's probably crazy. But thanks to you and your team, the excitement of planning and wedding and shopping for the dress that I'll be wearing to say "I do" to the love of my life was definitely dampened and marred by this experience today. I know it makes little difference to you if I become a customer or not, you're going to sell dresses year after year anyway. But you absolutely need to change this prom season fitting room policy because I'd hate to think this is how you treat your customers regarding one of the more important milestones in their lives. Wedding dress buyers, beware! Sigh... and the hunt for the dress continues... elsewhere.

I am in LOVE with both my dress and the experience I had at Bo Lee!!…read more I was recommended Bo Lee by a friend who knew of them when they were located in Sunnyvale; they're now located in Campbell. Parking is super easy; for my Sunday 3:00 PM appointment, the street parking spots were empty and the nearby parking garage had tons of space. Entrance is a little bit of a hole-in-the-wall, but they put a sign above their entrance, and directions are easy to follow to their front door (store is located on the second floor). My absolute love of this place includes: - the space is huge!! I had a dual fitting with my friend, but we weren't bumping into each other or in each other's pictures or anything at all. I saw that there was another person doing a fitting, but she was practically on the other side of the building, so we weren't encroaching in each other's space. - the dual fitting was a special request, and Jackie made sure to put us in rooms next to each other, which made the process that much more seamless - kitchen: one of my girls set up camp and poured us our teas, mimosas, and champagne in the Bo Lee kitchen. Also a beautiful space! - natural lighting: big and tall windows plus second floor venue equals viewing yourself in true colors instead of only bulb-lighting. The dresses I tried on were beautiful, but in the natural light, I could see how dynamic they were as well! Subtle sparkles, sheer tulle... it all came out differently in the natural light. - stylist chooses the dresses based on conversations and preference. Jackie, my stylist, knew the entire inventory. I just described what I thought I wanted, and she delivered!! I was relieved that I didn't have to go through dress after dress on the floor and hum and haw about whether I wanted to try it on or not. (Some people might not like this, but I feel like I had a curated try-on collection from an expert who saw the bigger picture.) - I also love how Jackie had me try on a dress I didn't think was the style I wanted, and she dotted her Is and crossed her Ts so I could for sure say with confidence that that particular dress style was a "no" from me. - both Jackie and Bo Lee took my measurements to make sure there wasn't an error, and it's the little things like that that make you feel confident in choosing them as your bridal boutique. I'm happy, I saw and tried on so many styles, and I had such a fun time! I also went under-budget for what I wanted for my dress, which is a win!

Wedding dress shopping is a very vulnerable experience. It's your self esteem on full display and…read moreyour experience is very dependent on the stylist. Unfortunately for me, I did not get the experience I was hoping for and did not feel like my stylist was able to interpret my vision. This was my 4th time trying on dresses. I previously went to Kleinfeld NYC, Anthropologie Palo Alto, and Kinsley Couture Walnut Creek. I had wonderful experiences at my previous appointments. I decided to come here because one of my friends had recommended them. My budget was $5k so I had a flexible price range. My stylist didn't really explain to me their process at this store so I was a bit confused. I knew it was a one hour time limit and the estimated dresses to try on was 5, but I didn't know it was a hard limit. She ended my appt early at 45 minutes. Had I known I could only try on 5 dresses exactly, it would have been nice if she was transparent about that so I could at least maybe select the dresses I gravitated toward out of her selection. I felt like I was giving feedback after each dress, but kept getting another variation of what I didn't like. The first dress I tried was probably the best out of 5, but from there we kept getting further and further away from what I wanted. There were some dresses I put on and wasn't comfortable to walk out on the podium, but she never asked me if I wanted to show my guests or not. She would just immediately open the curtains and I just felt very exposed and not handled with care. It just didn't feel like a hospitable environment for me or my 3 guests. We were never even offered water. I'm hoping my experience was an outlier and I wish all the brides coming here success in their bridal journey.

I picked them because they were the closest ones to me geographically, but in hindsight I'm so grateful and feel lucky because it ended up being a wonderful experience. It takes a lot of blind trust to leave your dress with a complete stranger to cut up, only picking it up in the final weeks or even days before your wedding. I called the # listed and was connected with Thao (whose mother is Thuy) and immediately I loved knowing that this is a family business. Thao is very responsive and if she misses your call, you should leave a voicemail and she will get back to you in a timely fashion. Thao got me scheduled in right away for my free consultation within 48 hours of me reaching out. This was in November 2025 and the consult took us about 25 minutes. Initially, we just discussed what alterations needed to be done and we calendared a time for me to come in again for another fitting (closer to my March wedding). We agreed for me to come back in January 2026 after the holidays, to see if my body had changed at all. At the time, in November, my dress was a "perfect fit" and only needed some hemming and a bustle. In January, she quoted me and I paid at my final fitting pick-up. When I returned in January, thankfully, my body had not changed at all. Thao was actually the one who told me that my dress was a perfect fit in a November so beyond my regular diet and exercise, I did not make any major lifestyle changes so I wasn't too surprised when my dress still fit great! She pinned up my dress to prepare to hem four layers and we scheduled out another fitting for the first week of March 2026. This appointment took about 40 minutes. In March 2026, I came and the innermost skirt was a little too long at my second fitting when I tried to practice some moves for my first dance. Thao said she was able to fix it- no problem. She even steamed my cathedral veil for me. I returned a week later for my final fitting and everything was perfect. She sent me off and I got married later that week. I felt wonderful and beautiful on my wedding day, and I wore my gown for over 15 hours. Just this past weekend, I connected with her again to schedule out dropping off my dress and veil for dry-cleaning and some minor repairs. My dress had a few tears and the outer skirt was torn. Thao was really honest about her approach and shared how she planned to repair it and quoted me on the spot. She is really transparent and fast, and her prices are very fair. You can spend hours comparing quotes in the area, or you can just trust me - a really happy bride - and know that depending on how much work has to be done on your gown, you may be quoted somewhere between $200-650 here and her work will leave you feeling like you have -1 major thing to worry about. I think the key to the best experience is less on the seamstress and more on the bride: find a dress you feel comfortable in, one that compliments your body, and perhaps one that doesn't need a million things changed. Lastly, some personal advice: plan ahead- she is super busy and has tons of brides coming in everyday who already have an appointment. Don't wait until a month out to see a seamstress for the first time...! Make sure to bring your wedding shoes at every fitting if you have them!

Marina works so quickly and efficiently that starting 3 months was actually a bit early- 2 months would have been sufficient for me. The first fitting appointment was a bit of a whirlwind so it helped to have additional set of eyes as well as pre-meditation of what I wanted. After the initial alterations, there was only one additional minor alteration needed for my wedding dress. She did an excellent job fixing up the beading, with the overall fit, bustle, and changing the lining, and her prices were more than fair. Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamed about my wedding day and the moment I would find the dress to marry the love of my life in. Like many brides, I grew up watching Say Yes to the Dress, admiring the designers who make women feel like royalty--but I've learned that finding the perfect dress starts with the perfect experience. After getting engaged, my best friend recommended Janene's Bridal, and from the moment I called to book my appointment in December 2021, I knew something special was ahead. Walking into Janene's Bridal in Alameda felt like stepping into the show itself. The sparkle, the lace, the details--everything was absolutely magical. Then I met MAESA--stylish, confident, and full of personality! The moment MAESA greeted me with, "Hey babe, are you my future bride?" I instantly felt seen, celebrated, and excited. When asked about my dream dress, I described something royal, elegant, and fairytale glam. MAESA immediately guided me with expertise and care, introducing me to different styles while also suggesting a designer I've always loved--Martina Liana. Dress after dress, MAESA paid attention to every detail, making me feel so special and supported throughout the entire process. Then came the dress--a stunning Martina Liana gown with royal glamour, glitter, and lace. With every clip and adjustment, MAESA brought the vision to life. When the veil and bouquet were added and I walked down the boutique aisle, my heart completely melted--I saw myself as a bride for the first time. Ambience? Perfection! Customer service? Excellent! Pure joy? One in a lifetime experience! Thank You! From my first appointment to my final fitting a year later, my experience was 100% exceptional. Thank you, Janene's Bridal and MAESA, for making me feel like true royalty and bringing my dream to life

I chose Janene's Bridal (Alameda) for my very first time ever trying on wedding dresses, and it was wonderful! From start to finish, the process was seamless. Booking was easy, and the location in the strip mall offers plentiful parking, which made for a stress-free arrival. The boutique itself is clean, inviting, and easy to navigate, and the front desk staff was so welcoming. My stylist, Sabrina, was incredibly helpful and kept the vibe perfectly "chill," which I really appreciated. I was initially worried they wouldn't have enough options in my size, but that wasn't the case at all! I tried on 10 beautiful gowns and had a blast. While I didn't make my final selection during this visit, I'm excited to return for a second round. I'm leaning toward a new direction for my dress, which means--YAY--I get to try on even more!

A month prior, Jessica responded via email and was able to help fit me into her schedule. The shop had a clean and cozy atmosphere with variety of wedding gowns to choose from. Jessica greeted me and was attentive into helping me find the right dress along with help fitting me into the dress. I tried on at least 4-5 and chose the perfect dress! She also does hair and makeup so it was super convenient to book it all at once, not to mention her service is excellent! Note: Previous Customers/Clients have received a text notification from her stating that she will be "departing from this business" in case those don't receive or receive a slow response. Hopefully this helps.

I was searching on Yelp for bridal dress rentals and found JC Bridal Boutique. I made an inquiry on…read moretheir website and scheduled an appointment to try on dresses. This was my first bridal shop. I looked through all of the dresses available and picked out a couple that I liked. There is a lot of variety here- from big poofy dresses to long tighter dresses and everything in between. Each one of the dresses are very beautiful and elegant. I fell in love with the first dress that I tried on, but wanted straps on them (it was a strapless dress). Jessica said that she can alter the dress to sew straps on for me, but suggested that I try on a couple other dresses just in case I liked those more. I did and it made me love the first dress even more! Jessica made me feel comfortable and was very accommodating. She did not rush me and allowed me to take all the time that I needed with every dress that I tried on. I've heard stories from friends that took up to a year to find the one. I am so lucky that I was able to find a rental that I love so quickly. I had to come back prior to picking up before the big day because my mom wanted me to wear something that did not show my tattoos and Jessica was able to still make it work for me in the same dress that I fell in love with! JC Bridal Boutique is definitely a gem!! Thank you Jessica!

I am an Event Planner in Dina's Deluxe Events and I had the pleasure to work with La Dona Atelier to find that special wedding gown for our client in Los Gatos, CA. Madina helped us find the Dress for our client and her knowledge about all the beautiful pieces in the atelier was exceptional! The wedding dress was convertible and by removing a skirt the dress could transform into a shorter dress which was perfect for dancing! We also found a gorgeous suit in Franco Uomo, their sister suit store next door for our client/groom and the couple looked stunning at their wedding! They also added pockets to my dress for my cellphone and 2 ways of hooking my wedding trails to satisfy my preferences. They will consider in every way the bride's taste and bring up their dream wedding dress that they were thinking for a long long time. At least they did for me. Because there were so many people my appointment got started late (which happens and we didnt have plans after) with a stylist who seemed sort of flustered. Sadly, the shop is very run down with faux leather furniture that is cracked and dirty from wear. The pedestal is shaggy with worn carpet and the whole shop had a bit of a stale smell. I wont name my stylist cause I dont want to be unkind but she seemed confused that I had chosen this shop as my first stop. Im not sure if its well understood that you shouldnt come here if you havent tried on any dresses yet but, it did make me feel like she thought it was a waste of time. Additionally, they didnt have very many styles to choose from. There were hundreds of dresses, for sure, but they were all very very similiar and either A- Line princess dresses with huge skirts, V cut necklines or heavily beaded and embroidered. I was really hoping for mini dresses, something with pleats, two pieces, tiered dresses and more color variation like off white, champagne, cream, blush, etc. I suppose I should have read the reviews.
