I needed a high end, very "visible" gift for a visiting delegation from a UAE country. And a very tight timeline. All The Buzz - Shawn - went over and above our expectations. Packaging was exquisite, final gift selection was incredibly on point. Shawn not only exceeded expectations, she was a fantastic partner throughout. read more

I am truly impressed with All The Buzz and their dedication and turnaround time! Shawn seemed genuinely appreciative of our business, was very flexible, responsive, and helpful. I've worked with a different vendor in previous years, and their level of service pales in comparison to All The Buzz. The amount of stress from coordinating client gifting this year was a fraction of what I had to deal with when I worked with last year's vendor. Needless to say, it was a pleasure working with All The Buzz, and I will advocate for us to continue working with them in years to come. We've already started receiving "Thank You" notes from our clients, who've commented on the wonderful presentation of our gifts. It's a win-win situation, because we've been able to support a local business this year, by working with Shawn and All The Buzz! read more

I was looking for a unique way to celebrate completing two certifications for work. I'm over celebrating with dinner or flowers and was looking for something fun. So I talked to Shawn at All the Buzz, and she invited me and my three children to take a tour of the workshop! She was so open and friendly and made us feel right at home as she shared new purchases from a recent conference she'd been to. A few days later when I called her up, she listened to who I am, what I like, and customized a basket just for me to celebrate! It was fun and colorful and celebratory and just right for me. Let me start by saying Shawn is amazing! We moved up north from San Jose and I needed to send someone something special. I called all the buzz and Shawn made the process so easy! We were able to do everything over text and email which made it so easy. I called a day before and she was able to deliver the next day. The basket came out beautiful! I went with the "snack attack" basket and was able to upgrade a few things, and at an affordable price. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Shawn! read more

I really wanted to send an amazing giftbasket to a few members of my old firm as well as one who'd given me a great reference! All The Buzz made it extremely easy to choose one in my price range, put in the address, and send it off. I really liked the different choices for baskets, many of them were themed and I was able to find something that featured treats I knew they would like that they also could keep the box from ;D My only issue (and why the 4) is that I wasn't contacted to confirm delivery. I ended up having to email Buzz to make sure it had gone out. A quick "Your basket has been delivered," automated message would have made all the difference. All in all I'd use again, but probably request confirmation next time. read more

This experience was amazing and surprisingly surpassed my expectations. As a last minute gift to the bride and groom from the wedding party, the process had to take no more then a hour. I went there with a bottle of champagne and a gift card and let her do her magic. The perfect basket (lil trunk) and the details of the ribbon matching the wedding scheme was over the top. The price was more then reasonable and the quality was great as well. Not only did the bride and groom love it, everyone did. Can't say thank you enough and can't wait to work with you again. read more

We came to All The Buzz very randomly! We saw all the good reviews on yelp and we needed some gift baskets right away and so we decided to just try this place out, When we got there we met the person who makes the gift baskets and she was very open to our ideas. We were on a budget and a time limit but she was very quick. We got to incorporate our ideas into the gift baskets and they are absolutely adorable! We started a conversation with her while she was making our gift baskets and she is very nice! I am definitely going to come back and order a few other gift baskets! read more

Dang, have been using Shawn and All the Buzz for all my gift basket needs for at least 3 years now. She is the single most creative gift-basketiere. I've eve known! She works well under pressure and really gets to know what my clients do, so we can tailor the baskets for them. She's done baskets for at least 15 of my corporate clients. Most she or her delivery person deliver and some she sends via UPS. No matter how she gets the wonderfully, creative baskets to my clients, they are always super-appreciated! Almost forgot to mention, budget? She worked perfectly within my budget to suit my needs. Of course, the more I spend the better, more elaborate the gift basket is. I decided to compare her prices a couple of time by looking at local supermarkets - like Draegers and Whole Foods. They were much more expensive and lacked personality. read more

Have you always wished you were rich enough to have a personal party assistant? Someone who would remember all of the important birthdays for you and send those people personalized gifts on your behalf? Or create that dream baby shower basket that so you can take the credit? Well, wish no longer: Shawn Parola does it all and more through her company "All The Buzz" and the best part is you don't have to wait until you win the lottery! When you first meet with Shawn, you are immediately struck by how much she enjoys making people happy. That's clearly why she went into this business. In fact, she makes her own deliveries just so she can see the reactions of people. Great news for me, because I just don't have time to do it all. Shawn has treats for every budget, and still finds a way to make something personal, even if you run a business and want gifts for customers. Tell her about the people as you know them, and Shawn seemingly reads the person's mind. (And, husbands, did I already mention that YOU get the credit?) read more

I wanted to send my boyfriend a gift to his work as a surprise. I decided a gift basket would be something special and fun so I looked on Yelp for businesses in the San Jose area. I was very surprised that I received a reply from Shawn a few minutes after a shot her an e-mail (this was at ~8:30pm). Eventually after a few back and forth emails, she helped me with ideas for my boyfriend's gift basket. I gave her my budget as well and things the gift was set to be delivered the next day, talk about fast. Normally I would plan ahead and not send gifts last minute, but Shawn was very accommodating. Delivery was $10 but it depends on where you want it hand delivered. Also, don't forget about the delivery and tax while setting your budget. Nonetheless, bf was super excited and happy to receive his gift! read more

I had a family member move to San Jose and I wanted to send them a welcome basket. Pretty simple idea, but it's a bit more difficult if you try to find a local place that delivers. I called a few places and was finally recommended to All the Buzz. They do baskets for everything and even had a option for "housewarming." I placed an order but I was a bit concerned because the subdivision my family member moved to was extremely new. Like so new that it wasn't even listed on Google maps yet. I wrote a note in the comment section on the online order form and hoped for the best. Shaun the owner called me a few hours later to let me know she was going to take care of everything. I was a bit anxious as I was worried the driver would get lost and I wouldn't be able to get this gift to them on time. But Shaun pulled through! She was quick to respond and that's one thing I value in a place I do business with. There are so many other places that take several days or weeks to get back to you and Shaun responded within hours. If you need a gift basket I'd really recommend this place. They're great and I had no problems whatsoever! read more

The buzz is that "All the Buzz" is awesome! Last year when a family member passed away in North Carolina, we wanted to send something that was more meaningful rather than just flowers (flowers that won't last past a few days anyway). I called ATB and described something based on one of their baskets that was on their website. Shawn (the owner) was awesome and took care of us and arranged to have this gift basket shipped out of state. She was also great to send us a photo of the basket that would be sent. Our family in NC was touched on the presentation and the care and delivery. My sister in law also needed gifts for an important client over the holidays and used ATB for her corporate gift giving. All the Buzz gifts are awesome! As a Realtor I like to give a closing gift to my clients that reflect how grateful I am that they chose to do business with me. All The Buzz always provides gifts that are personal, high quality and my clients always love them. Recently I went to dinner at my clients new home to celebrate and we brought our All The Buzz gift. They sat it on the counter, and throughout the the night they kept peeking inside and finally made a comment, "wow this gift is really personal!" There was something for him (his favorite tequila), for her (her favorite wine) and even a toy for their dog. Not to mention all of the yummy goodies that complimented those things. At first they thought we ordered any old gift basket, but after closer inspection they realized how unique it was and how much thought was put into their very special gift.
