It's been about four years since I have been to this salon and so I decided to revisit since I hadn't had my nails done in a while. I took a picture of how I wanted my nails to look. I didn't expect perfection, but what I did expect was for her to listen to what I was saying and pay attention to the picture. What I wound up with, was something completely different and I was so upset. Not to mention the fact that one of my nails was crooked and I mentioned it three times. I showed it to her and she said no it was fine. Now, I remember why I stopped going there. They do not listen to you at all. At first, I thought it was a communication barrier, but I don't believe that's the case. They just don't care. Also, I was seated next to a woman who was having her nails done. The lady doing her nails was coughing all over the place and in her face without a mask. I felt so bad for her because she looked very uncomfortable. As long as they get your money and you are on your way, that's all that matters to them. I do not recommend this salon at all. It's too expensive and not worth the money and irritation. The picture in the middle was what I showed her and asked her for. The pictures on either side is the disaster I wound up with. Not worth $75 ...never again. read more

Experience was great, the tech who attended to me was sweet and took her time. Was indecisive on a color and she brought me my choices to look at. My only con is it's been like 4 hours since I left the salon and just now the polish on my toe was almost wiped clean off. There was no saving it. I had been extremely careful, even so much to run a couple errands in the little flip flops, and yet there goes my $60 pedicure. Are the polishes old? It shouldn't take this long to dry. I'm leaving on vacation tomorrow so I'm bummed. If you're going to dish out on a pedicure here make sure you're laying on the couch the next 6 hours. Hopefully they won't smudge. read more

Didn't tell me where the nail colors were, she just point in the general direction of the tables while texting the whole time. Didn't ask questions, or said hello. Started talking with 3 other people, of course in vietnamise. Sounded like they were gossiping about a customer there were a couple English words they used. Laughing, of course I was ignored. she kept stopping to make more texts, laughing with the others. The lady said I took off your set, I gave you a manicure, I did gel plus $7 for French tip (which I never asked for white ever, I asked for pink), nothing compared to the picture I showed her. And extra fee for reshaping your nail. Overcharging to the max. Those are extra fees we dont know about and we're not notified of and still come out with something we didn't ask for. I could have just gotten a refill on the acrylic set I originally had and would have been the same fee, would have been happier. read more

The other day after I dropped my two kids off at school I decided to have a day to myself (finally!!). I went to go get my nails done at Niki Nail Salon and the service was great and they were quite quick, especially as I was a walk in. But, they were quite rough with my nails, especially my cuticles. They were filled down so much, a couple of my nail beds started to bleed. It was nothing drastic but still put my nails in a bit of pain. But, the nails that were not bleeding look amazing! They have a good selection of colors and styles to choose from but likely won't be coming back soon. read more

terrible service, everyone always seems so judgy. i walked in for a removal from these nails i got from another girl i know. i thought they were going to do it the right way but no. she sprayed some stuff on my nails after filing them down and cutting, but then started to grab another fake nail and pry my old nails off. some of them hurt while she did that, and she accidentally jabbed the fake nail under my real nail while trying to pry them off, it started to bleed slightly. it burned. i told her it hurt and to me, she acted as if i was being dramatic. and some lady kept talking next to her, making me feel like they were talking about me. i asked if they do the soak off way, she said, "no. takes too long" girl, it does not take more than 5 mins. i've had it done before ! im not stupid. just for that i'm not coming back. also ruined my real nails! i'd rate no stars if i could. read more

Pedicure was awesome....BUT... The finger nail lady absolutely shredded my cuticles and skin around my finger nails. She used some sort of drill around my nails and it hurt like hell, shredded my skin and almost made my cuticles/skin bleed, now not less than 5 hours later several of my fingers are red, swollen and painful. Beautiful paint job but not worth the nail/skin pain, swelling and possible infection!!! Do not recommend!!! I wish I could take my tip back because my fingers hurt and I was trying to be nice but the pain isn't worth being nice. Do Not Go Here! read more

First Impression Review: 10:45am, Monday-- Came in for a walk-in, and was told it would be at least 15 minutes before being tended to. Was pleasantly surprised to be seated immediately so that I could start the massage chair and soak my feet. Techs and manager were quite friendly, and respectful of my introvertedness (I strugggle w/ talking for the sake of talking). They were quite gentle with my hang nails, ripped up/bitten nails, and obnoxious mosquito bites on my legs. Super grateful to get such a spa treat, and am looking forward to the 2nd visit. I was highly disappointed by the service. I got a pedicure that consisted of polish, callus removal and 5 minute massage. My nail polish is not even because the nail artist was rushing her time, my polish is bumpy. Additionally, due to her rushing she was going heavy with the paint and it bled into the cuticles and she had to heavily clean up the excesses polish. During the callus removal, she committed less than 1 minute to it. Last, the massage was suppose to be 5 minutes and due to her committing time to clean up her sloppy work during the massage, I had approximately a 1 minute massage. Trigger warning*** approximately 3 weeks later, I needed to go to the doctor and get antibiotics. Doctor said it is a bacterial infection most likely from dirty nail tools used during the pedicure. read more

I am actually looking for a new nail salon as mine regular salon has taken a significant nose dive in quality. Niki Nail is not the place!!! My fifteen year old son has been begging to get his nails done. A beautiful girl that I attend church with suggested Niki Nail, as that is where she goes. So, I figured I would use my son and one of my daughter's a guinea pigs. I should have known there would be a problem when they made such a big production of my son wanting the gel manicure. In hindsight, I should have left then. But, we stayed... Two over priced, subpar manicures later, both of my children were bleeding!
