From the beginning, Eric and Cole were very responsive & helpful in assisting us with material and color selections and suggested products with superior quality & durability while staying within our budget. After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on. Adrian was our onsite supervisor and was there every minute of every day. The flooring lead, Sergey and the carpet lead, Hector kept me informed and made suggestions that improved our end result. We chose two granite slabs for a large project which involved a 9 foot island and smaller project for another home. One of the slabs had a river of quartz running through the middle and was templated to be the center focal point of the island. When installation day came, we were surprised to find that the island had no quartz running through the center. We couldn't figure out what went wrong. When the second granite countertop was delivered to our daughter's home for install- there it was. The quartz was placed in front of the kitchen sink. This mistake really showed a lack of caring for customer wishes and a template appointment that was a waste of time. Pretty disappointing. Seams weren't that inconspicuous- I've since had other stone projects with smaller seams.

Instead of answering those questions, Tom responded in a dismissive and unprofessional way, asking whether I had read the estimate or looked at their website, and saying I could call him if I was "serious about doing business" with them. As a customer, I believe it is completely normal to ask detailed questions before hiring a contractor, especially for a home project involving cost, materials, and installation details. The lack of clear answers and the tone of the response made me lose confidence in moving forward with this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company if you expect clear communication and respectful customer service.

So when it came time to remodel our downstairs bathroom, we didn't hesitate to call him again. From the start, the demolition was done with incredible care and attention to detail. Dmitriy and his team then built a walk-in shower completely from scratch -- we didn't even use a pre-made one! Their precision and craftsmanship are truly amazing. They worked hard, starting early every morning and continuing through the late afternoon -- non-stop. They kept everything clean and organized each day, never leaving a mess, and were mindful not to block walkways. Everything was completed right on schedule. I also really appreciate how Dmitriy communicates. He responds to questions quickly and clearly, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. In…read moreApril 2025, my house had a water related incident and I ended up having to redo them again so I went back for another estimate in May of 2025. At that time, the wonderful sales person I worked with on my first order was no longer employed and they have this guy Marlon running the show now. I was candid with Marlon about why I had to redo my floors and needed a new estimate. Marlon was initially very pushy about getting directly involved with my claim even tho I told him I already had a contractor to do the work and I simply just needed the materials. After 20 minutes of saying no to his suggestion he finally gave me the estimate. He quoted me $4.19 claiming inflation impacting the price. Okay fine -- I go get the amount approved through insurance. Insurance approvals take a while so I didn't end up going back to actually purchase the floor until today, July 2025. NOW he's trying to tell me the price for the floor is $5.39. As if the cost of flooring skyrocketed up $2.39 per sqft in a matter of 8 months?! He told me to go back to my insurance adjuster and ask for more money and then it was clear to me this man was trying to take advantage of my claim by gouging the price of the floor. He knew my insurance was a grade for grade replacement and tried to leverage that to inflate what he wanted to charge me. Pure greed. Because how else does a floor go from $3 to $5.39 in 8 months?? Especially when I checked nearby competitors and no one else had raised their prices recently. I did love that floor but the pushy & predatory business practices were simply unacceptable (especially as a return customer) and I ended up taking my business elsewhere -- as should you.
