They have now expanded to a few locations around the city, but I have to say that this one is by far my favorite because of its location, and its quaint vibe. It is tucked away in the Atherton Mill which for those who don't know is an old textile mill in the heart of South End. It looks a lot different these days. It has gone from a repurposed mill to a major shopping center. To be honest I kind of miss the old Mill back when South End was just starting to transform. The good news is that Not Just Coffee still remains! If you haven't tried it yet then look them up and find a location that works for you, but for me I would highly recommend dropping in here.

This guys are a small batch coffee roaster based out of Southend and just rolled out "Joy" their coffee truck. For this particular special event, the truck was offering three types of waffles and coffee: dark, medium, light... with a hot or cold option. I also got to find out about the newest crave in the west coast "nitro coffee" so it coffee made like a beer. I will try it the next time I see JOY at an event. Looks like this company is working toward a coffee space... The climbs story is super interesting and lots of room for growth. Looks like everything they create is made with love and care.
