Just so happens a day later I received an advertisement from the Grout Geeks and decided to give them a call. After I explained the issue over the phone they can out inspected the shower and made recommendations and provided an estimate on how to resolve the issue. So I set up an appointment for a few days later the tech showed up on time, completely the work and cleaned up. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Quality: if I can post pictures at the end of this review, I will. They tell the story of how, instead of a thorough cleaning, the tech applied some white adhesive or paint(?). This white stuff had all peeled off, exposing the dirty grout, by the time we moved out, just a few weeks later. (We followed their rule of allowing curing time before using the shower again. So this was no fault of ours.) Value: a total waste of [$hundreds]! The owner wanted to come out and do a "re-do" (of course the company knows they are completely taking advantage of home sellers, who will be gone by the time the paint starts to peel)!
