I was about to spend significantly more money for cabinets from Lowe's which were not higher quality. Cabinets to go got me slightly larger cabinets for about 30 percent less money, and more importantly I received them in about a week as opposed to 4 weeks from lowe's. I worked on a design with Brad, the store manager and found him to be very informative, helpful and not at all pushy. There was one cabinet and a couple of trim pieces on backorder and expected soon. I don't expect any problems, given that my purchase and pickup went seamlessly but I will update if anything goes wrong with that. Overall I definitely recommend this place if you're doing a remodel. I didn't use their installation services so I can't comment on that aspect.

I read lots of reviews and research things to death before I make a decision so I don't give people a high rating just to be "nice". I also consider myself to be be a little hard to please because I'm used to doing a lot of work on my home myself and I have a high standard of quality while being thrifty. That being said, I shopped around a few quotes and came back to FlooringRVA. Long story short...I felt the price I paid for what I wanted was spot on. I had a good experience with the two man crew that came to install the carpet and padding. And 6 months later things are still meeting my expectations. Robert, the owner, was the real reason behind going with FlooringRVA a second time. He personally came to measure and offer suggestions. I preferred to text and Robert made himself available at all times throughout the day when I had questions. I didn't always expect an immediate response but one was always received. I could tell he and his staff were committed to my being satisfied throughout every step in the process and I couldn't find that level of customer focus with any other competitor. She was very patient working with our builder, and her team had to plant the garden in December due to construction delays. Most of the plants survived, and in the spring she replaced those that did not free of charge. Our garden is in its infancy, and we are very excited to watch it grow into a beautiful, sustainable, garden that is good for the environment. The negotiated price was reasonable and agreed upon by both parties prior to installation and scheduling. Very happy with the original service. Additionally, the door had a small issue, likely due to the humidity or workmanship of our home, Nazar came out very soon after reporting the issue to examine and provide both advice and offered continued services should any other issues occur.
