    Sal was extremely professional in sending out their repair person. However, the person who came…read morewas very unfriendly. When I asked him to wear a mask, he refused. When I asked him to check if there was a leak of gas from my furnace, he said everything is in good working condition and there are multiple safety measures to prevent any leak. But when I asked how to be sure there is no leak, he said that is a second step to measure with a meter and it will cost another $89. In any event, I didn't find him to be friendly and helpful to rule out my initial complaint. I did not opt for the second step. No second step for diagnosis was informed by Sal earlier. That said, I guess I must give the business a 5-star rating based on the professional scheduling and followup of the appointment. "One swallow doesn't make a summer' or "one bad day" is not a true reflection of the company. I am changing my rating at Sal's text request personally. It's only changed because I can understand Sal's concern as a businessman. He offered me free service in return but I declined it again. He got me wrong completely. My changed rating is only for the professionalism shown by the reception desk and their follow-up. It is not for the changed picture Ron gave that I asked if Ron wanted me to wear a mask. Who would ask that in one's own house? I was wearing my mask thoughout the encounter. As a 65+ year-old, I must be cautious. I don't need a service person's permission to wear a mask inside my house. Unbelievable. But I thought I must clarify to Sal's reply. Thanks Sal for your prompt response. But, isn't that a courteous way to ask ? - "You might want to wear a mask". He saw I was wearing one and he was entering my residence. Yes, I could have insisted but I think that is rude. Secondly, my complaint was "gas leak" and hence, the request to send someone from your company. I am not disputing any diagnosis. I just placed it before you, so it doesn't happen again.. I don't want any money back either. Service was rendered and I accept your company's policy. However, I thank the reception desk for immediately scheduling the appointment the same day. It was highly professional, including the update they followed up with. I commend you for that. Anyways, thanks for your immediate response. Much appreciated

Sals heating has been working on our boiler system since 10/20/25. From 10/20/2025 till 1/2026 Sals has charged us 6,102.00 On 2/10/2026 we were presented with two more estimates: 1) 3,627.00 for further repairs . 2) 18,180.00 total replacement of Boiler It is my fear that they feel an additional 3,627.00 will not fix the boiler in entirety so they included an estimate of full replacement of system. 2) Replacement of boiler system in its entirety: 18,180.00 We have moved on and will not be using Sals service for any additional repairs/work This matter will appear on your website reviews and am submitting to the BBB

The first time was when I unknowingly put thermal paste underneath my CPU and ruined my motherboard. So after I purchased a new motherboard, I was still having issues with the PC. I took it back to RizTech and they were able to fix all the issues that I was having. They are amazing people, and are very tech-savvy. Not to mention it's a small business! This is all after a friend of mine recommended them to me because she has been going to them every time she has any sort of issues with her Nintendo Switch, or other devices!!! It is because of that comment that I am taking time to write a review and giving just a 1 star. You should know the type of people who work there. There was a disagreement about what was on my hard drive when I brought my PC in. To close the issue the owner offered a partial refund. I was sent home the first time with a PC that needed all the files (200+GB) downloaded from OneDrive. That could have been that. The next day, I needed to go back with my credit card to receive the refund. I took the laptop back in because I had tried for about 45 minutes to log into Microsoft on all 3 of my PCs and couln't so I couldn't get to my OneDrive. Tech A was a little reluctant but helped me log into Microsoft. When I got to the OneDrive screen I said out loud that it was showing me I could upload but I needed to download. Tech B spoke up, irritated that I was there, and said "You don't get that. That is part of the paid service." It would have taken him a minute, but no. I pointed out that I didn't get showneven with the paid service either. He left the room. He obviuosly was angry that I was given a refund. He could have taken a minute to do it and let me go on my way, but no. The shop failed to write something on my order that didn't get done that is going to cost me a lot of time now but he couldn't do that. That comment is what I will remember about this shop.

    I would like to say a shout out to the Cox technical support analyst (sorry I do not remember her…read morename) that assisted me last night. She was super helpful, nice, and professional! Another special shoutout to Reema and Natan at the Cox Solutions Center on Auto Park Dr in Escondido, CA! They assisted me today with my Contour and mini boxes. Both of them are super customer focused and helpful! I would hire both of them if I owned a business. I think both of them and the lady that helped me on the phone get a nice pay raise and a thank you from the Cox Communications CEO!

Quoted a monthly $140 rate became 40 dollars higher 4 months later with no warning to rate spike. Customer service reps cant seem to get the billing aspect correct and even tjpugh payments are recieved they say they dont see one reglecting. I am also very fortunate i did not opt into their poor internet service as i am always hearing about outages which impacts alot of consumers working remotely. Since being with AT&T ; my service has been great and the high speed is phenomenal. My hopes is that they replace Cox with something consumers can afford and enjoy at the same time. Do better Cox Communications Customer service representatives; while some good there are terrible ones who need retraining in their jobs. Once i buy a new Roku tv in few months i will be letting Cox go.

I was passed of to several different people and finally was able to get a knowledgeable technician but he was working with several other people and technical staff constantly asking him other question. After the diagnostic tests, it was determined the motherboard was faulty and would cost $400-600.00 for the repair but it might be other aspect, he never checked the actual battery which was what I was asking about. I told him, I just got this iPhone 12 Pro from Amazon several days ago. This technical support person said he sent me an email but when I checked my backup iPhone 5+, (I was upgrading to Apple 12 Pro) email was never sent and he was only interested in selling the newest iPhone 17 and i felt like this support was not enough for me, because he was constantly working with everyone else but me. I was observing other Apple customers who had purchased new devices and these iPhones were experiencing the same problems I had with iPhone 12 Pro. Not a happy customer service experience. I know from Apple newest IOS 26 release has caused major issues which was on my new IPhone 12Pro which could be why it never worked to begin with and battery was never mentioned to me if it was working or not. I contacted Amazon and returning the defective Apple 12 Pro. Luckily, my old iPhone 8 + is still working but I had to get a new SIM card at T Mobile. Why is Apple constantly updating their IOS with terrible updates which are causing me and many others issue? I cannot update past 16 IOS and the IOS 17 updates are on most of my Apps which is terrible. I had to backup my iPhone 5 + via ICloud. website because I can't get into Apple Store, or many other app.

However, communication with the company has left a lot of to be desired. On many occasions when I called the company and entered my code , the phone goes dead and I am not connected. VERY FRUSTRATING!! Also, the recorded voice says to go online first. DUH!! I have no internet service. Please improve your phone services. I appreciate the reminder call the day before service person is to come out. However, on the day of the service I received a call at 7:40 am that the technician was "on his way and will be there shortly ". Then at 7:50 am I received another call reminding me I have an appointment "between 8:30 and 10:30". The tech arrived at 8:30 am. I frequently lose connection and their customer support does absolutely nothing to assist. I travel a lot and as soon as I can find some time to stay home, I'll replace them with a new provider. Use them at your own risk. I would give zero stars, but I have to give at least one!
