Since being with AT&T ; my service has been great and the high speed is phenomenal. My hopes is that they replace Cox with something consumers can afford and enjoy at the same time. Since that price was outrageous I declined service and paid the $79 estimate fee also outrageous. When he left I took a look at my wiring coming out of the ceiling and found the only problem to be a loose wire nut. I gave it a quick tightening and what do you know, it worked. They wanted to run a brand new circuit. Update: Spoke with a gentleman from Clover this morning and cleared things up. Apparently there were other options that weren't presented. They took the time to call and explain and that meant a lot.

After the diagnostic tests, it was determined the motherboard was faulty and would cost $400-600.00 for the repair but it might be other aspect, he never checked the actual battery which was what I was asking about. I told him, I just got this iPhone 12 Pro from Amazon several days ago. This technical support person said he sent me an email but when I checked my backup iPhone 5+, (I was upgrading to Apple 12 Pro) email was never sent and he was only interested in selling the newest iPhone 17 and i felt like this support was not enough for me, because he was constantly working with everyone else but me.
