After that they started on my full dentures molding and then the bottom. Well it's been since July 2025 and I finally got my final ones last week April 2026. The staff is friendly when they are open. You might see several different doctors. I went back and forth with this dentist office for 9 months and I'm still not happy. My face is already small and narrow and my teeth look like horse teeth. I am tired. The only person or thing I would send to them is a horse. I'm just so disappointed. I'm wearing my old one and still can chew. I'm glad I didn't have to pay or we would be in court. It like they wanna make you like what the like. When your husband says you look like a horse with those teeth from Smiley, believe him. Stick to dentistry Smiley and leave dentures to the professionals.Long, long months.

We were greeting by the staff, everyone was super nice with my son's "ways" and super accommodating. Very impressed! They started with mouth pictures, and then went on to x rays and they explained it so well to him I was honestly relieved. This obviously isn't their first rodeo. They did his scheduled cleaning and gave him a new toothbrush, toothpaste and floss. I'm so relieved at their swiftness, demeanor and understanding with him. He didn't "complain" once and he has ASD and OCD behaviors among other things with being nonverbal. Definitely recommend! Thanks guys!! See y'all in 6 months.

This is the second time I came into this business where the lady in the front desk was rude and unfriendly to me. When I walked in, she stared at me (she wasn't busy at the time), never smiled, never said hello and curtly said, "What is your name?" in an annoyed rude curt tone. BUT ONE MINUTE LATER a Caucasian male walked in and she was super sweet as pie to him and said "Hello! How can I help you Sir? What is your name please?" Totally different treatment like night and day. She treated him with the utmost respect in front of me one minute after she treated me like crap. When I complained they told me to find another dentist which I did. My dentist who I have been with for years now is a million times better than this one. The old female who is the receptionist is a miserable hateful person who dislikes Asians obviously. Their lame response below "We are sorry you feel this way" is NOT an apology. It is a non-apology that has no empathy and has no accountability for the receptionist's rudeness; and they are implying that my feelings are the problem. It is a really crappy and fake response that reflects their lack of empathy.

Who knew going to the dentist could actually be a pleasant experience?…read more I was very nervous about going back to a dentist after several years. However, after my first visit here, I now have ZERO apprehension about going to my bi-annual cleanings/check ups. The front desk staff is consistently friendly and helpful, the dental assistants make sure I'm comfortable (including nitrous at the ready), and Dr. Spears always comes by to check in and explain anything that needs explaining.

I received a flyer from Monarch Dental for a Cleaning, Exam and X-ray. It was time for a routine…read morecleaning so, I decided to book an appointment. I was able to book my appointment w ease with Professional Representative. Appointment time came, and I noticed Monarch got a remodel. They have new flooring, new chairs and decor. All the Patients that left seem to enjoy their visit. The Dental Assistant was nice and complimentary. The Dentist gave good advice and the Office Assistants worked really hard to get me an appointment sooner but, they were not able to do. The Hygeinist agreed to work a certain date that she normally doesn't so, I can get my teeth cleaned. That was so nice of her but, I wont be getting my cleaning within the 6 month time frame. Not cool. It's a little disappointing that I could not get my cleaning done in one visit, which I was expecting and would be the logical thing to do. All, I needed was a simple basic cleaning Unfortunately, I will have to make another trip and juggle more tasks that day just so, I can get my teeth cleaned. But, I'm just glad I don't have cavities! I had broken a tooth, and needed to get it fixed right away. Dr. Knight, was extremely nice and professional, explained everything to me, answered all my questions. My mother (age 76) saw this dentist and was told she needed major dental work replacing old crowns…read more The doctor created a plan that would have required work on almost all of her teeth. She was told they would sedate her and do it in two phases (top & bottom). She was quoted $16,000 for the first phase and then they helped my mother open a line of credit to pay for it all. Thankfully she called me before she had the work done. I took her to my trusted family dentist when she came for a visit. Our dentist took new x-rays and said that in fact NOTHING they recommended was necessary. She also reviewed all of the billing codes they quoted and found questionable billing throughout - many codes were duplicated/unnecessary. She said what they wanted to do was absolutely criminal, and she is planning to report this practice to the TX State Board of Dental Examiners. I'm disgusted that someone would take advantage of an elderly patient like this, and I'm also left wondering how many times they've done this before. Terrible.

Her office is very clean and has good, courteous staff. They have good payment plans and have plans for uninsured patients. We don't have to wait in her office and they are on time to see their patients. Overall great experience with her and her staff. We fully trust her for our dental needs.
