That is not what we want." That level of customer service and attention is rare today and one of the reasons I will continue to use this dental office. However, I do stand by my previous review that the best people at this practice are Dr. McPhee and Helen. If you have a bad experience here, let them know before you leave. At my new dental office, during a routine cleaning and X-rays, they discovered issues with a crown that was placed about 3.5 years ago. The crown was not properly sealed, had a rough and sharp edge, and there was even a piece of cement left under the gum. What is most concerning is that I had multiple X-rays done at the previous office after the crown procedure, yet neither the dentist nor the hygienist ever mentioned these problems. Now I have to live with this crown until my insurance will cover a replacement, and the warranty has already expired. This situation has caused me both inconvenience and disappointment. I trusted this office for many years, which makes this experience especially upsetting. I wish I had been informed honestly and earlier so the issue could have been corrected in time.
