Warning: Do not go to this person. My iPhone screen broke. I received a quote to replace the screen for $69. He guaranteed his product with lifetime warranty. After he put on the new screen, he asked if I wanted the screen protector for additional $20. I agreed to it. Total cost was almost $100 for taxes ect. 3 days later I see a cracked in the new screen that he had replaced . I did not drop or do anything to my phone. I came back for him to replaced his defective screen and he told me will not replace it. I asked him what about his lifetime warranty. ( He is a liar) He said he didn't break ii and it's not his fault. Well it's mine either. I am calling my credit card company to dispute this idiot for using defective product and refusing to replace the cracked screen. read more

I've been to other screen repair places but none have matched the customer service and quality of Smart Repair. I had two devices and so the owner gave me a discount and then when we managed to crack the screen on the next day (our fault), he came by my home and personally repaired it himself and no charge. I had a problem with my iPhone 11+ Plus Max glass that was fixed by Smart Repair on 7/31/2021 .. and so I came back (they have a warranty) and the person working this day was named Mustafa .. a nice guy.. he fixed the problem .. and did a nice job and simply put on a new glass... was so thankful to have the lifting -of-the -glass fixed and the weird stuff going on with my display totally fixed .. I got my phone fixed here after my screen got cracked. After the first time I visited the kiosk, I thought my phone was completely fixed, after I got home I noticed that the touch screen didn't work in specific places on the screen so I had to come back to get it fixed. What makes matters worse is that 6 months later, the LCD that I had fixed started to act up. So I visited their kiosk and was told that since the warranty is 6 months, I was out of warranty by 14 days and they didn't want to fix it. I would never recommend this place to anyone read more

I hate places that take your phone to a "back room" to repair and after watching Ali repair my phone I don't understand why other places take up to an hour to fix.
