This guys are the life savers . I broke my dear iPhones screen one of my luckiest day :( After a disappointing conservation at one of the Apple stores i found myself around this little kios at Irvine Spectrum. They are right in front the giant weel. At first, I was a little worried about leaving my phone with a complete stranger but after a small talk I totally like his confidence :) i didn't even need to go anywhere actually. He fixed the my IPhone in 20 minutes. Maybe less than that. Anyways they have a website and all the prices up there. You can go ahead and check it out. So there is gringo prices or any other money business :) Love you guys. I hope i won't need you guys anymore :) Website : www.igottarepair.com read more

Good: everything. Go to guys if you have any issues with your iPhone. The best guys I have ever met. They know what they are doing. My phone was water damaged and was not getting charged or switched on for over a month. They said they will check for free of cost and actually fixed it without charging anything. They are engineers before anything and they are passionate about what they do. It shows in their work! Hopefully nothing goes wrong with the phone but if it does I know whom to reach out. read more

They repaired my unresponsive Iphone 6 screen in 20 minutes, after sending me a quote in 10 minutes. Now my phone is as good as new, very professional service with expertise knowledge with very reasonable pricing. I would defiantly recommend them for your iphone repairs. read more

They responded to my specific question immediately. All others responded with a generic answer. They were willing to check the phone for free before quoting a cost. read more

What a shame when the first experience I've had with them in August 21, 2016 was a pleasant one. I would give negative stars if I could. I'm completely appalled with the customer service and quality of work I've received. Monday evening as I was leaving a client's house my phone dropped face down onto their hardwood floors and half of my screen went black while the other half showed the OS was okay. I still used Siri to play music and GPS me back home. (NOTE: My phone had the screen protector I was given from this company back in August and still shattered) I decided to come here because I had been here before and it was near my new office. I came here on my lunch break Tuesday January 11 around 1pm. I went to the one near the ferris wheel (NOTE: All the kiosks are the SAME company), he was giving me a hard time quoting me $180 and not budging when I actually had a quote of $135 with the LCD replacement included by CELL PHONE REPAIR MISSION VIEJO (where I plan on going in the future). I went to John at the other Smart Repair kiosk to see if in fact it was the same company as that was the kiosk I went to in August. He repaired it, asked for 20 minutes and did it for $140. The second I received it I noticed a color change on the screen but the touch screen worked and I was late to return to work so I accepted it. Later that night I went to finish some errands after work. It was raining a bit and I had my umbrella on me carrying some bags inside. I went inside my home and saw that there were very pixilated lines on the screen and suddenly color spots were forming and my phone started to have a mind of its own. Pressing numbers, opening apps, closing apps, calling siri - etc. I was so peeved! All I wanted was for my phone to work, and could not imagine the issue as I had gotten the phone fixed less than 12 hours beforehand. I read on here there was a 3 month warranty. So the next morning when my phone continued to not work I waited until my lunch break anxiously to revisit the kiosk to have it replaced. John said he could not replace it or touch it as when he opened my phone he saw water droplets on my phone. (Ok...how would you install a screen/LCD so it can easily allow water droplets in the first place??? There must have been an installation issue) He blamed it on Apple's design (I've never had water damage with an IPhone I've owned and i've had iPhones since the iPhone 4. This was a 6s. And I'm not the most graceful of individuals. It's not Apple's design issue) He told me to come back in 2 days and to buy a new screen replacement for them. Whoa whoa whoa. Don't you have some sort of warranty, especially since I'm coming to you within 24 hours of you installing it? "No. We do not cover water damage" The water damage occurred...because of your installation ERRORS. I left the mall heartbroken and disappointed. Save your money. Save your time. Take your phone elsewhere! read more

I was super bummed to have found out that the old iPhone repair company had left this convenient location. I was surprised with the service that this new repair company has to offer. A shoutout to Mike for giving me great deals on my new iPhone appliances and new screen ! Here they have a 90 day warranty and with my track record of cracking phones I'm gonna need it. I highly recommend others to go for the same reasons. Thank you! read more

Had a great time here. My daughters iPhone se needed to be repaired and they got it done in 15 minutes. Even put on a free screen protector. Hopefully won't have to come back but would if I had to! read more

Excellent service and care with extreme attention to detail. I was really impressed when the owner decided to come back and open the shop to service my request. I appreciated he didn't rush but took his time with the service. I will always use this service as a first choice. read more

Try getting your iPhone repaired on a Sunday morning... It's not easy (most places seem to be closed or very slow). BUT these guys were great! Fast, Professional (not to mention very nice) and reasonable prices. I have had my mobile devices repaired at a lot of different shops over the years, and while most of them do a good job, the service and prices are always a crapshoot. Not here. These guys have earned my future Business for sometime to come! read more

I had a screen replaced a few days ago and was having issues with it. I do not live close by so going back was going to be difficult. Onur I believe is the owner and when I messaged him through here explaining the issues he said it's likely I got a defective screen and they would replace it at no charge. Due to living over 35 min away we asked if we could get my old screen put back on so that in case the issue continued I could take it back to Apple with its original parts&pieces. Anu said he would gladly put my old screen back on and refund me. I was shocked to get a full refund after the installation. However this proves they stand by their work and are willing to make their customers happy even in the rare circumstance of having a defective screen. You can't beat good customer service these days and to me this is everything. I highly recommend them. Nothing better than knowing someone backs up their work & is there to help you and make sure YOU are satisfied with their work. Wish we lived closer and were able to provide the business to you. read more

Found this place on yelp and it was the closest option, even though they seemed like a new business by looking at their reviews, i had to try them and i am glad i did. They repaired my broken screen in 15 minutes and they did the whole repair in front of me. Turns out they are the repair guys at irvine spectrum. I used them several time before too and this is their new location. Smiling, professional and skilled technicians. They also provide 1 year warranty. Will be back if i need another repair! read more

I highly recommend this shop. The service was very professional and friendly. My husband's IPhone 6 was accidentally dropped in swimming pool. Two days later, we brought the phone to Smart Repair. The owner himself carefully checked and tested everything. He replaced two water damaged cameras--front and back cameras with very reasonable price. He did a great job! read more

Was looking for places to get quotes all day and Smart Repair was the best one out of all!! $99 for iPhone 8 Plus. Seriously a life saver. The owner Onur was super quick at responding and was able to reopen his store on a Sunday night!!! I'm so grateful. I was able to go get my groceries and then by the time I was done my screen was fixed. So far everything seems fine! Would recommend / come back here again (well hopefully my screen doesn't crack again but you know). THANK YOU! read more

Great service. I took a phone in for a screen repair after receiving a quote via yelp. First off, they were quick to respond with a quote after I requested one along with a photo of the phone. Second, they honored the pricing I was given based off photos and didn't try to charge me more. When I took the phone in for repair I was told 45 minutes, which I was fine with. Unfortunately, it did take longer than that due to other phone repairs, which I was completely fine with as I was not in a rush and let's face it, repairing a phone is difficult and time consuming with all the small parts, so the longer wait time for me didn't bother me at ALL :). The gentlemen that were there were super friendly, apologetic for taking longer than expected and the screen repair turned out fantastic. Thank you for this repair that was fairly quick and great price. You all are awesome and I will be using you for any future phone repairs needed. read more

Shouldn't have cracked screen repair if they flat out say they don't do that when called. Doesn't make any sense at all, good luck.

I took my iPhone here after I ruined my screen (it wasn't cracked or anything, I was trying to fix the black screen myself but I tore the cables in the process lol) and I didn't think that my phone could be fixed but Peter worked his magic and he fixed it! He explained everything to me before he did anything, as I am clueless with this stuff, and he was done within 40-45 minutes. The front facing camera was too far gone but other than that, the phone works totally fine. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Thanks Peter! read more

Very responsive, and with reasonable rates for a cracked iPhone screen! I requested the quote on Yelp, got a response almost right away, and then just used text messages to set up an appointment. It was easy to schedule the mobile service, where he drove to my home and fixed the phone in his car for a fair price. If it weren't for all of the anti-mask morons haunting the mall these days, I might have gone to the booth at Irvine Spectrum to save 15 bucks. But then I probably would have spent most of my savings on ice cream or boba or whatever. Anyway, the mobile repair was so quick and convenient that even outside of Covid times, I would use the mobile repair service again. Strongly recommended! read more

Excellent service! Guy was super nice took care of the issues and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy. Highly recommended!

The staff here is incredible! They respond quickly and depending on the damage they can take as little as 15 minutes to repair the phone. I have the I phone XR which had some water damage and it now looks brand new! Very pleased with the service, highly recommended. Will be coming back here, now I'm going to tell all my clumsy friends about it so they can get their phones repaired at Smart Repair read more

Very responsive + reasonably priced . I had my screen replaced and experienced some slight issues with the phone afterwards. I was very glad that Peter was able to fix the phone while offering to replace the screen a 2nd time as a precaution and also to make sure my phone would not have any more problems . Very polite and helpful. read more

I really want to give this place a great review. Had my iPhone7 screen replaced. The original person didn't offer me an original Apple screen. So I guess I was paying for a non-Apple Aftermarket screen. When I got home, I noticed my screen was freezing up and wouldn't respond to my touch at times. Very frustrating, especially when I rely on my phone for my Bluetooth heating aids. Tired to get the screen replaced, but the kiosk was no longer at the Spectrum due to the construction. Well,I called and Ali came over to the Spectrum to fix it. Now it's working and I'm pretty ok with it. Ali is great. Wonderful service. I hope screen continues to work or I'll be pretty upset and will have to call them again. read more

Onar was fast efficient and affordable. I'll be sure to use him again!

I came here to get my phone fixed and got a screen protector with it. I discussed the price with the owner, but when I went to the booth they wanted to charge me $30 more for the screen. When I got home i realized the color of the screen was dull, so within the 2 month warranty I took it back to get it replaced. The guy working wanted to charge me $50 extra and would not replace my screen protector without an extra $15 charge. Terrible service and unreliable prices. Seems like a scam business and would highly recommend not coming here to get your phone fixed if you don't want to deal with a hassle! read more

After repair phone looked so good that I ended up getting $250 for it to use as a trade-in at the Apple Store! Definitely recommend Smart Repair - I'm absolutely going to be using them again in the future if I ever crack my screen again! read more

Don't even think about using anyone else for your cell phone repair. They are less expensive than anyone else. Top quality. Use the repair at your home option for $10more. Still cheaper than the competition. Tech shows up on time, pleasant, knowledgeable and replaced charging port in under 10minutes! Why drive around in traffic, rain, spending money on gas????? They also have a 1yr warranty. read more
