Super quick and friendly repair. Great quality and no BS! Thank you! It was good to be able to run a few errands. They fix all models too

This is only my second review but I just had to say how pleased I was with my phone repair here. Aydin provided wonderful service and you can tell that this place knows what they are doing. Very professional and reasonably priced. I dropped the phone off, shopped for a little and it was done when I came back. I'd recommend this place to anyone. read more

I had my iPhone 6 screen repaired here and it was a good deal and the quality was also very good.

Five and a half hours after I bought a replacement screen for an ipad it started peeling off from the ipad itself. I cant believe I paid $150 for this repair. The ipad screen is actually now worse than before I brought it in. There isn't any adhesive on the new screen as it had on my original cracked screen and this is apparently why it's peeling off the ipad. I still need to find out exactly what Smart Repair is able to do at this point since I feel that I've been obviously ripped off. I can't believe I paid $150 for a screen that is worst than my old cracked screen. I wish that I should have never went to this place. Now I'm short of money and the ipad screen is falling apart. My advice would be to never bring your ipads to this place for any type of repair. read more

Quick repair, reasonable pricing. Great guy, very helpful, included free screen protector to help avoid mishaps in the future.

5 star service! Ali was very helpful and repaired my screen in less than 20 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and kind. I can highly recommend Smart Repair in Irvine (by Trader Joe's) and will let my friends and colleagues know about it. read more

I went on yelp to find a place to fix my broken cell phone screen. Ali was VERY responsive and professional. He answered all my questions extremely fast. His customer service is outstanding. I did have to take my phone in after it got fixed the first time for another adjustment to the original fix, but it was done quickly and professionally. I have never done a review for any other company, but after dealing with Ali and his staff I had to leave a review. I would without hesitation go back to him. Great customer service is hard to find. Keep up the good work. read more

Had a crack on the upperleft corner of my phone that was messing up my front camera for some time but didn't wanna spend too much on a replacement. Searched online a bit and found out these guys had the best reviews with great prices. Went there expecting to leave my phone for a good couple of hours but the guy, Mehmet, told me it would be ready in a few minutes, which was amazing because it saved me from wandering aimlessly waiting for it to be done. He was so helpful, answered all of my annoying questions. Also don't forget to get a screen protector, these guys give lifetime warranty on those!!! read more

Mike was excellent. He fixed my shattered iPhone 5c screen in 15 minutes. My phone is like new. Definitely recommend!

These guys are my superheroes saving my cracked iPhone 5. I had been to so many apple stores and looking up online to solve my problem not being able to back up my cell phone because of the dysfunctional cracked touch screen. All of apple people turned me down and had no idea how to fix the problem. But when I came to this place they easily helped me back up my cell phone so that I could safe and transfer everything to another phone for just $40! They even lended me their personal laptop to help me do it. This is opposed to how Apple had no idea how I could retrieve my phone back up and would refer me to some third party that would charge $500-800. Totally saved by them!! Thanks Amir and the shop owner!! read more

wow! I rarely write reviews but for these guys I have to! so...My iPhone breaks in newport while camping. Two technicians come to my campsite and explain they were able to fix my phone back at their office but not onsite. They called me with complete details and costs once they were back at their office and promptly fixed the phone at a fair cost. Then my wife's back up phone was having problems and they were able to get a new cover from their san diego office mailed immediately for another quick fix. The best part about this business is that they did everything they could to help me. They even brought my repaired phone back to my campsite and looked for several different price solutions rather then just a retail cost. Every single time I called them they picked up, and their integrity and honesty was refreshing. thank you! read more

Great service , my screen and LCD were totally bad , and I got them fixed for an affordable price in just 10 minutes , it is a better option than paying 200 dls guarantee fee (for iPhone). Highly recommend it. read more

A friend of mine smacked my iPhone 6 Plus out my hand and completely cracked the screen , came to this kiosk in the irvine spectrum and they literally fixed it in under 10 minutes . The screen works like brand new ! A little bit pricy but again it is one of the newer iPhones ( $160 after tax ) , which is probably about the same I would have paid for if I waited a week for my carrier to send me a replacement . read more

Onur was super helpful and had amazing service! Stand up guy and quick repairs! He really goes above and beyond!

I brought my iPhone 6S Plus to the kiosk to inquire about a black streak across my shots. I met Ali. Not only was he courteous, he offered me a free assessment of my phone knowing I was still trying to decide on a course of action. Ali expertly opened up my phone and proceeded to troubleshoot. Soon thereafter he identified the problem and offered to replace my camera for me. Even though I declined (because I was still considering), he respected my decision without pushing the fix on me. This is how businesses should be done! Never once did he pressure me to let him fix it! Now I just need to find a day to go back. At least I know Ali will get my phone fixed in less than ten minutes! read more

Took my I-Pad in for repair. Turned out to be a simple fix. Thanks for not embarrassing me as to how simple it was. Will definitely use your services for any and all future repair work. read more

If you're getting your phone repaired, come here. Ollie who operates the business knows exactly what he's doing. He fixed my broken phone screen in less than 10 minutes for a fraction of the price at what they charge at Apple. My phone is now in brand new condition and looks as if I just got it a new phone. Ollie was telling me he operates 5 more of the Smart Repair and he's doing an amazing job. As a person who doesn't write yelp reviews, I had to write a review because I had to tell everyone what a great experience I had today. I know if I have any other phone issues or damages, I will definitely come here to ask and get it solved. Extremely Extremely happy with my repair and recommended it to everyone who has the same issue/problem. Thanks again! read more

My phone was cracked so badly I couldn't even use it, so I went to check out Apple first but it was gonna take way too long and it was pricey. So instead I came here and I talked with Homer and he was incredibly nice! It was cheaper and it was waaaay faster. The repaired screen looked brand new too. Definitely would recommend! read more

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT get your screen fixed here! First off if you replace any part of your Apple product outside of the Apple store, it voids all warranties. So long story short, I cracked my screen and got it fixed at Smart Repair. Soon afterwards my phone started to crash. After the 4th time it crashed, I took it to the Apple store and they told me it was because of the aftermarket screen and because it was not fixed by Apple i have to buy a new phone for $750. So I went back to Smart Repair and asked the guy for a refund so I can use it towards my new phone, the guy told me since it's been over 3 months he can't give me a refund. He said since the crash is caused by his aftermarket screen, he can replace my screen with a cracked original apple part he has in stock and I can take it home to reboot it and bring it back and he'll give me a new aftermarket screen. So I agreed but after he looked at my phone he said there were little scratches on the screen so he can't resell it so he can't do it. So I'm assuming he was planning to still sell my defeated screen if there were no scratches. I asked him if he can just give me a new screen because maybe the guy who installed it put it on wrong. He said no and was being rude saying he doesn't even have to do this. Customer service was beyond horrible. He didn't even help me! At least he could have offered to replace my defeated screen. So basically no refund, no replacing my screen nor even replacing with a cracked original apple screen and now I need to go buy a new iphone. Please take the time and get your screen replaced at the Apple store even if the wait is longer or you will be out close to $900 ($140 for screen + $750 for new phone). Mind you its also cheaper to get it fixed at the Apple store. Please I beg you do not make the same pricy mistake I made. read more
