Called on a Friday looking to get a pedicure the next day, Saturday morning. They were able to accommodate me as soon as they open on Saturday. I arrive and there where hardly any customers there but there were a few staff and more came in as I was getting my pedicure. A gentleman did my pedicure and did a good job and even cut my trouble nail in a way that didn't look so troublesome. The pedicure I choose had a 15 foot and leg massage and I received all 15 minutes too. Overall great experience will return. read more

This is my go to salon! Kathy has a welcoming spirit and always greets you as soon as you walk in being quick to tend to you! I get my nails done by Lisa, and she is the best! Honestly i hate leaving a bad review, but after leaving here so upset and my nail artist not acknowledging that it seriously does not look the same, ( yes i mentioned to her all the nails aren't supposed to look the same) she continued to do the same 3 weird lines on my nails and said it looks like the photo i showed her....i left with a sour taste in my mouth, i asked for something very basic and simple If it cannot be done just let me know so i don't waste $75 on a set i am unhappy with, i would have gotten just a color no design. This is third time coming for services the quality of work has been great! Customer service is fair. Today we just had an issue with payment. I pulled out 100$ cash, 5 20's folded all together. Handed them to Tiffany to pay $87 and the rest in tip. I handed her the bills before I used the restroom assuming all was good walking out. As I walk out Kathy, calls me back in and says I only have her $80 in cash. Tiffany took the bills out and they weren't even the same bills!! We went back and forth about giving $100 or $80. That was crazy embarrassing. I ended up giving her another $20 so $120 total for a $87 service. Ridiculous. Then as I walk away she asks me again, $100 or $80 .... Horrible. It may be my fault for paying Tiffany and not Kathy or the other girl but just a lesson to learn. Careful with who you pay and ask for a receipt! read more

For years Nice Salon has been my spot. But not any longer. Last year after re-opening they are taking advantage of their loyal customers by overbooking, using old polishes and doing shoddy work. I recently had a Gel manicure and pedicure. Normally my gel manicure last me two to three weeks and my gel pedicure last me four to six weeks. This time my manicure barely lasted a week without my nails chipping and breaking. My pedicure didn't even last 2 weeks without toes chipping. One incident that let me know that my days were number at this salon was I had made an appointment got there early and was waiting and then the owner tells me to come back tomorrow They don't value their customers they will take a walk in ahead of appointment making customers. read more

Getting lashes done. Didn't know at the time Friggin Nail Polish Glue!!!! My eyes immediately started tearing up and watering. Usually it passes quickly but NO not this time. I was fanning my eyes and she went and got a fan ok it should have been fine but No. Burning. Watering she called others for help. Do u want us to take them off? Friggin yes My eyes were red and burning I had to keep stopping here during my install. I was a walk in appointment that got seated within five minutes of entering the place. I got a full set which cost me $70 due to the added designs, which is fine by me. I'm not sure what his name was, but the nail artist worked efficiently and you could tell he was well practiced. I did get a few small cuts from when he filed down the sides, but nothing major and he apologized immediately, making sure I was okay. I loved the vibe of the establishment, it played nice music and I was even offered a drink while I was there. My only complaint is that I came out with a couple small cuts and some of the nails are a bit (and I mean only a bit) bumpy. Overall, I would definitely go back!! read more

There was only 3 people working and I only waited for about 10 minutes because everyone was busy. Lisa was the one doing my nails and my toes and she was super nice super quick and super gentle. She made sure to check in constantly to ensure I was happy with my service. All in all I loved my nails, my toes and my whole experience there. read more

Honestly I hate to do a bad review, but it felt it was necessary. My Gf went to get her nails and toes done here. The pedicure was fine, however the manicure was very painful. She gets her nails frequently and wanted to try this place out and had a terrible experience. The worker applied way too many layers of acrylic and caused the nails to burn. The coffin shape was uneven and more of a square even after she asked to fix it. Will not return. read more

I went with my sister and my mother. The salon was clean and tidy, the ladies working there were very polite, and my nails looked decent afterwards. Unfortunately, despite making a reservation for 2:00pm a week in advance, we ended up waiting over an hour for an open technician. It seemed quite busy, and my only guesses as to why we were left standing at the front desk for so long is that they either forgot our reservation or they overbooked themselves that afternoon. We had another appointment later that afternoon to make, so naturally we were pretty stressed. I myself didn't have any issues with my pedicure and thought the nails were done quite well, but the technician who did my mom's pedicure accidentally cut her cuticle, which stung for the rest of the day. read more

I got an appointment at 4.30 Salon was busy and I was seen at 4.55 PM which is still ok as it was a busy salon. The male technician proceeded to do my nails. He didn't check to ask if will cut my nails fully or file them. He proceeded to trim it fully . 2 of my nails got a little hurt around the edges while the cuticle was removed and buffing was done. I wasn't shown the manicure card , I then asked for it and proceeded for the gel polish. While applying the nail polish , he was using his nails to remove the extra polish around the nails. Never seen anyone do that before. There was a hand massage for a few minutes which was good. I overheard the lady at the counter telling 3 customers that there is a 15% off but when it came my turn to pay she didn't offer it and I had to proactively ask for it. All in all - I wouldn't recommend for a manicure as more training is required for the technicians to do the manicure in a way that doesn't hurt the nails . I left my manicure today with bleeding and angry cuticles*…read more I walked in with no hangnails or anything, truly perfect untouched nail beds and clean nails, and left with bloody and aching fingers. I don't get manicures regularly so I didn't realize the man doing my nails was butchering them until it was too late. Basically, he used the machine for gel removal/nail buffing to completely annihilate my nails and cuticles; instead of using cuticle softener or soaking my hands in warm water, he went straight in with the machine and essentially drilled everything off. The surface of all of my nails is now ruined, and I have cut up cuticles that are bleeding and aching. I went home and put Neosporin and band-aids on all of my fingers. I can't stress enough that none of these fingers had hangnails or anything that would warrant roughness/leave them this red and bloody. Multiple staff members saw the blood and did not offer any kind of discount - they did put some rubbing alcohol on two of the fingers, but it didn't feel like enough to mitigate infection risk.

I could of gone out and got a deli sandwich sorry that's a meal right there $2 charge for using a CC which I know ok it's 2 dollars (I don't agree with especially being a business owner myself you need to just eat that cost/write off those CC fees yourself for all of your transactions you do a day. Also it's not like I was trying to pay my $5 tab I paid $79 on my card. I got no special design or any rhinestone I didn't get a copy of my receipt but I swear they must of charge a service fee for tip or tax. Now I got to spend more money on another place to fix because you know I'm not going come back for a $10 per nail fix because you know they wont fix for free having it be only 3 days. Also in the front they have a sign that says no refunds so they must rip off a lot of ppl by charging all the upcharges without informing customers of price.

I have been a customer of this salon for awhile now...i'm really happy by the services and the worker there is super nice...not only do they provide great quality of work....but the customer service is great...i feel very welcomed....and they are super friendly...sometimes I just stop by to say hi.....they do not treat us as just customers, but as friends....Oh, one time....I was out of state and got my hair colored there....they messed up the color....from brown they turned it to blonde...i was very unhappy....i came to nice salon and she corrected the color....its came out perfectly like how i wanted it....also, the facial is great!!! it is the greatest moment there and the work is great....i am 100% recommended to all customer...thank you Kelly....for correcting my hair and give me a new look which i loved.....thanks..... read more

its was just recently I walked in here...I was like WHOH!!! This place is nice...the worker there, her name is Kelly provides the best service that I had never had before....I had a nice haircut beautiful atmosphere. Even the shampooing was awesome. I almost fell asleep...That is how great it is.They even provide water bottle to customer...Where can you get that kind of service? Then, I bought some hair products and she gave me the kind that works perfectly for my hair with a discount for being first time customer...I will definitely come back and I think everyone deserve this kind of treatmemt when you looking for a great relax haircut....thats not only nice but awesome service.....Two Thumbs Up for Nice Salon..... read more

I always love to come here for pedicures, but I got my nails done there for the first time. I showed them a picture and they were able to give me the exact design. I was very well pleased with the design and nails lasted a good amount of time. The price was very good, especially considering all of the designs. Whenever I get that kind of design anywhere else it's at least $20 or $30 more expensive than they charged me. I also love their rewards program as well. read more

Diana at Nice Salon did a wonderful pedicure. She was gentle, thorough, and really took her time to make sure everything looked clean and polished. Cathy does an awesome job overall her work is impeccable. because she is a perfectionish I've never left her shop unhappy. I travel a lot between Chicago, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Atlanta and Jamaica and I've never had someone do my nails as well as she does. Love these ladies! Always nice and accomidating. Totally stole me from my last nail shop wax dip for feet is a must! Can't describe how on point they are.
