One of the ladies had to leave early, so they weren't able to finish our mani-pedi. We were promised to finish our manicures next day. When we went back next day, one of the ladies started working on my mom's hands. A little later, another manicurist put my hands into the water. While I still had my hands in the water, the male member of the salon told her something in Vietnamese and she left me there and started to do manicure on another lady who came in after me. I don't know if he was the owner or manager, but clearly the other lady did what she was told. I waited about 5 minutes and looked around the guy came next to me and said "She will do my manicure after that lady". I asked him why didn't they let me know that I was going to wait for another customer in the beginning at least before they put my hands in the water. He rudely held my hands and harshly took them out from the manicure water and said "then wait like this". He had no respect to a customer! I was appalled and asked him to stop that attitude. He didn't care a bit. Told me "do whatever you want" with a very rude hand gesture. With all his disrespect, I wanted to leave and never come back. I had already paid for a full mani-pedi, so I wanted my money back. He resisted. Poor manicurists felt so bad with all this. They were quietly apologizing to me. I told them that it wasn't their fault. He was with another customer and ignoring me. I paid full mani pedi fare the day before and now I was getting kicking out from this filthy place which I normally never step in. He offered me to give $10 for two manicures which was ridiculous. Since I had to go to another salon to get our hands done I asked him to give me back as much as they charge single manicure. He offered only $10. His attitude kept getting worse. I finally told him either he would give my money back or I'll call police and he returned $30 to my credit card. Do not go to this place! Not with that kind of an attitude and disrespect to customers.

It didn't seem like something she was used to doing, but the tech next to her helped and it came out perfect :) The ladies I was sitting next to even complimented them. It looked so pretty and the entire process was enjoyable. She took her time with shaping each nail and made sure my feet were smooth and moisturized. The owner answered the phone and assured me that she had someone skilled and very good at the service. However, long story short, I was dissatisfied with my nails. I still paid and left a tip. I then called back to see if someone could fix the issue. The owner had left for the day when I visited. I spoke to her the following day, and she told me to return, as she would fix the issue. I scheduled an appointment with her two days after the initial visit. However, she canceled on the day of the appointment, claiming she had an emergency. She then offered to meet either the next day or another day. I responded that I was available the following day, but I received no reply. Days later, she apologized and asked if I could come the next day; I agreed, but again received no response. It's now been a week since my initial service attempt. She later responded with another apology, saying she could do Monday. I agreed, and she set 2:30. I confirmed, asking her to let me know if she would indeed be there, but I never received a reply. I decided to go anyway, and she was not there. Her employees even tried to call her, but she didn't answer. This was her last message to me. My apologies I thought my message went through. But it did not. I thought it was 2:30 today Wednesday my apologies. I'm in from 1:30 to close today if you want to stop by. After nearly five attempts to get her to keep the appointment, she's clearly avoiding my calls and messages. Her behavior is unprofessional; she's dishonest by lying about fixing my nails and about her employee claiming she knew what she was doing. I have never gone in and waited more than like 5 minutes for my appointment time. I appreciate the quality of work and the speed they do it in. This is not a fancy shop though. So don't expect a mimosa or a Coke Zero. Just expect quality work, a cute set, and someone sensitive to your time.
