Since they open, they will be adding additional services with the suites in the back. I have been a client of Jessica's for a couple of years now, and I love her work and her attention to detail. Roxana is equally talented. Both girls are very friendly and professional, and always provide the best service possible. I highly recommend this nail salon none of the other locals compare.

We discussed on the phone it being a Sunday, which was no problem. As They are open on Sundays. (Says the door sign also) Also it is St. Patrick's Day march 17th. Received text message confirmation of the appointment. Showed up on my daughter's birthday with this being the plan for the day. She was to get a manicure and pedicure and a simple paint. Since this was her first time ever going into such a place I was getting full set gel nails as discussed on the phone and via messenger days before! However, as we're waiting outside, we're noticing there's no lights on and nobody there at the doors locked my daughter was heartbroken and upset it being Sunday and St. Patrick's Day. I was limited on what I could offer her for a replacement. We tried getting a hold of somebody. And after a hour or longer finally received a response with a simple apology, and not much of an explanation! They asked me to rebook, and that they would take care of us ( I assume this means some sort of discount) "I would hope you take care of all of your customers not just the ones that had a bad experience." So we've rebooked for the following Thursday Also via messager I was quoted, 40 for the pedi and manicure , paint. And 75 for my full set We went to the appointment! And my tech was fantastic and considering I have virtually no nail and two weeks later, they are still on. She also proved to do fantastic work. However, when it came time to pay, I paid $110 and was not offered an apology in person even though I kept hinting that my daughter was the birthday girl that paid for the small screw up! Maybe like 1/2 off hers would have been a nice idea! Would have appreciated the sincere and personal apology! However, since the nails did turn out, very nice I am tempted to go back just for the quality

I only came in because I was looking for something quick. For starters, there were several times during my appointment where a staff member(s) would either 1) stand by the person doing my nails and talk to them specifically without acknowledging my presence and/or 2) stare at me from a distance with other staff members. Additionally, I noticed other customers staring at me as well. Nothing wrong with the stares perhaps; at the same time, there is a difference between looking at someone briefly and staring someone down. Again, I received "stares." All in all, I would say the "vibe" from a third person perspective (specifically, my perspective) was othering. The only reason I left a one star review is because the person who did my nails was excellent at doing their job. As someone who enjoys getting their nails done, I am very well versed in acrylic nails and what I like in them. So the person (Noah) was meticulous and patient. I enjoyed that. Additionally, I really love the finished product - I did not provide a picture because I want to make sure my words are acknowledged first and foremost. I would not recommend this business to anyone who is similar to my identity: Black, queer, neurodivergent, or (such as myself) ALL the above. Additionally, I would not recommend this establishment to individuals who are new to the world of acrylic nails. Suggestion (if you feel disappointed by this review and you're looking for someone to do your nails): invest in independent nail technicians! After this experience, I have realized that as an intentional kind of person, an independent nail technician may be the best way to go. I enjoy having conversation, and I believe independent nail technician's (depending on who you go to) may be able to provide that intentionality I am looking for.
