I had a mixed experience I have been to this place 3times over the last 6 years (don't know if have all been under the same management) So here it is I called for an appointment around 3/10/24 set appointment for Sunday march 17th which was the actual date of my daughter's 9th birthday! We discussed on the phone it being a Sunday, which was no problem. As They are open on Sundays. (Says the door sign also) Also it is St. Patrick's Day march 17th. Received text message confirmation of the appointment. Showed up on my daughter's birthday with this being the plan for the day. She was to get a manicure and pedicure and a simple paint. Since this was her first time ever going into such a place I was getting full set gel nails as discussed on the phone and via messenger days before! However, as we're waiting outside, we're noticing there's no lights on and nobody there at the doors locked my daughter was heartbroken and upset it being Sunday and St. Patrick's Day. I was limited on what I could offer her for a replacement. We tried getting a hold of somebody. And after a hour or longer finally received a response with a simple apology, and not much of an explanation! They asked me to rebook, and that they would take care of us ( I assume this means some sort of discount) "I would hope you take care of all of your customers not just the ones that had a bad experience." So we've rebooked for the following Thursday Also via messager I was quoted, 40 for the pedi and manicure , paint. And 75 for my full set We went to the appointment! And my tech was fantastic and considering I have virtually no nail and two weeks later, they are still on. She also proved to do fantastic work. However, when it came time to pay, I paid $110 and was not offered an apology in person even though I kept hinting that my daughter was the birthday girl that paid for the small screw up! Maybe like 1/2 off hers would have been a nice idea! Would have appreciated the sincere and personal apology! Terrible rude people. Didn't do what I wanted and I had an appt in the first place. Not coming back

I have been a few times and none of those were anything worth writing home about. Went to them to have my nails done for my wedding and they were uneven and had bubbles all in them. Final straw was when I called to see if they could schedule me in ans reshape my nails from a coffin to an almond shape and the owner told me that it waa impossible and that no one could do that anywhere and they would have to take the nails off completely and start from scratch. Needless to say I called another salon and they told me it would be no problem to do at all. read more

Sooo, I normally don't do this but I'm a little fed up and just felt like everyone else should be aware to not waste their money at nail club in Dayton... I went to a nail salon in Chattanooga before the wedding and they done great. I decided last minute to go the day before thanksgiving to get my nails done here in Dayton. I've been there before, but it's been a long time. They weren't the greatest but I don't remember them being horrible. I called saying I needed a fill in. They said ok can you come in at this time and so on. I went and showed them the nails I already had on (full set, acrylic nails. just needed filled in) we mentioned that at least three times I needed a FILL IN. She starts doing my nails, and lord it's been so long since I've had a fill in I don't remember exactly how it's done, but once I realized she was taking my nails off it was too late. She completely took off my full set, and was only going to paint my nails. Wasn't even going to put fake nails on again. Just paint my nails. The lady who done my nails didn't sanitize the area before I came and sat down, when someone was right before me. She was on her phone a lot. Cussed. Wasn't very professional. My nails were wayyyy uneven and I had to file them down myself. Not to mention that almost every single one of my nails, the protective coating is coming off and my nails look like crap. This started happened the day after I got them done. And they got worse. I called today (they've been closed since thanksgiving) and basically said I paid for a service, that wound up looking bad, wasn't originally want I wanted by having a full set on and just needing a filling, I wound up paying $45... for this. She told me they don't do refunds, but I could come in and they could fix. So please, don't waste your time or money here. Take the extra trip to Chattanooga, or Cleveland, or whatever place you go. Just don't go to nail club. read more

I had the absolute worse service in this place. I decided to come here to do my nails and eyebrows since I saw they were rated a 4 star. I waited 45 minutes for someone to do my eyebrows and the person had no clue what they were doing. Constantly asking if it looks even or if she should pluck more hair out? I never had to teach anyone to do my eyebrows and that was super confusing for me. I kept telling the lady that she still needed to wax more hair and she just looked at me with so much anger and began to yell "stop complaining about your eyebrows." that's extremely rude and not a way to talk to your customers. Not only that when she waxed my lip, she burned me TWICE. As I was leaving the place she told me not to come back. At the end she left me with a cat scratch on my eyebrows and a brown scar on my lip. I am so upset and will never come back to this place again. read more
