From the second I walked in the door (after paying a single $1 for 2 hours of parking, covered while raining so a nice plus) I walked in and was amazed by how professional the place looked and how friendly the front staff was. One absolutely free eyebrow wax later (I tipped of course!) I have to say I am in love!! Unlike your local salon, this place seems to have incredibly high standards for cleanliness and privacy. It felt like a doctors office in a good way, something I am happy to pay for on my return visit! They do have a line of products they use (if you elect for it) and they will show you what they used when they walk you out, but it's not particularly pushy, just informative. As a redhead I've never had someone blend in a brow powder that looked so natural!! I am considering a $20 purchase next time I'm in to attempt it myself. They also let you watch in a mirror, so you can learn how to apply anything used during your visit after the wax.
