It doesn't appear as though he washes his tools after each customer nor lines the pedicure bowl from previous pictures on here. My nail color is extremely uneven, my nails are poorly filed and shaped, and he didn't ask me what shape I wanted. One has already chipped. I just am so sad that I paid $60 for this.
