Yes, I admit,…read moreI am very picky and had the same girl back in Florida for many years but I have truly had some nightmare nail jobs here in Tennessee. I have frequented Tina's Nail spa off and on over the last 3 years but just for mediocre nails. I decided today to try Hendersonville Nail and Spa since it was new and had satisfactory reviews. I called and made an appt for same day. It was a nice spa-new and pretty. I was immediately greeted and taken back. I did not see that lack of customer service that everyone complains about because I was treated with smiles and attentiveness. Tony, who by the way has a negative review on Tina's Nail Spa page, sat down in front of me and I was immediately alarmed. I knew of his previous review and he looked so young but I bit my tongue and watched everything he did like a hawk. He was very nice and talked me through the whole process (i soaked off and old set and had a new pink & white set put on). I have to say that he did the BEST job I have had yet here in town. He always asked how I was doing and if I liked everything he did along the way. I even added some colored powder for my tips and they turned out great. I will attach a picture. The only faux-pas is that I had to ask for a drink as it was not offered to me but they do serve water, soda, and wine. I will definitely go back and am one happy customer.

I'll start by saying that my first experience 2 years ago left me disappointed after this place…read morecame so highly recommended by friends. Had scheduled mani-pedis for self, husband and granddaughter. My husband and I were already into our manicures while my gd was left to sit almost an hour before someone took care of her pedicure. At that time, the girl who was doing my manicure was pleasant and doing well until a regular customer, a "Karen" came in without an appointment and chastised her in front of other customers for not dropping everything and taking care of her pedicure. It immediately changed the girl's energy and the rest of the manicure was done quickly and shoddily. I now everyone has bad days but with so many salons around, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Other locations I tried left me disappointed as well with only adequate mani-pedis. I decided to try LaBella again in July. This time did not disappoint. Again, I scheduled mani-pedis for myself, my husband and granddaughter. We all were taken back right on schedule. I know the other 2 had a good experience and this time I did too. I am grateful to have been placed with Amanda. She was down to earth and very informative. She pointed out some issues I'm having and was the first person to refuse to polish at this time and recommended steps to take to remedy the problem. I'm not one for fancy nails as I work with my hands daily. Amanda was good to help me choose the nail treatment the suited me best. The nail polish she used lasted for a month. I have since returned and she recommended a new shade that suits me perfectly. She is very thorough in nail prep and my nails are longer now than they have ever been. I definitely will be returning to see her and would not hesitate to recommend LaBella for your nail needs.

While I've never personally sat with Jerry, I have seen others who have had their nails done by him and I wouldn't hesitate to book with him. You can't go wrong with any of their nail techs. I like the consistency of their service. Never had a bad experience with manicures or pedicures. Lots of colors to choose from. And they have a special drill that files nails but you can press it on your skin and it doesn't hurt. Great option if you have drill trauma lol. It's a clean, calm environment. Professional techs. And great results consistently for two years. I'd definitely recommend this place based on my experience.

I sit down and tell her she cut me, she apologizes profusely and cleans it up and proceeds to finish my manicure. I know she didn't mean it; however, I think this will be my last time here.

He thoroughly enjoys creating a design that I love and he's warm and kind. Their website does need some updated as the name of the tech is not listed and simply shows are tech #1, #2, and so on so you don't know who you are booking with if you book online. That's my only constructive feedback. Otherwise, they take their time and do a great job. I pay a little more here than other places, but I think the designs are far superior than competitors in the area so I don't mind.

I had been going to them for the past several months. Or on the nailsalon, website listed through Google.Which is false advertisement and against the Better Business Bureau's policy which is false advertisement. If you don't display what you offer, you can't make it up to clients. that is against the law. And unprofessional and doing bad business. And for the past several months,I have always been a walk-in client. And today I need to make a deposit for an appointment through Yale after she told me I could come in and called and said to come back in an hour later. Call back an hour later and she couldn't see me and told me I need to make appointment and deposit"when I said I wasn't making a deposit she then said, go somewhere else and hung up in my face!!Disrespectful and rude as an owner of a nail salon very unprofessional. She was so ugly towards me for absolutely no reason just rude.. And to ask somebody to send money to her for an appointment, when she doesn't have a sign displayed stating that that is how she operates her establishment of business. Asking clients for money to send for an appointment is really absurd. If you're that hard up for money perhaps you should hire more nail techs.I don't recommend doing business with them unless you are willing to wait and wait and wait. And Tiffany not keeping her word, after offering for you to come in and then calling you back and telling you to come back an hour later. And then telling you she was too busy to take you"and suggesting for you to send her money for an appointment... Bad business...
