After 9 years of…read morepatronage--first with Lebella Nail Spa, and continuing after D.Vinci Nail & Lash took over--I was shocked by the poor treatment I recently received. I arrived at 10:00 a.m., the exact opening time listed online, door, & brochure, only to be scolded rudely- in front of another client- by Francis, manager, that my appointment was at 9:45. He went so far as to say that had I been 1 minute later, he would have left. I had even attempted calling earlier to confirm. After years of coming here, that level of disrespect was unacceptable. To make matters worse, he was seeing a walk-in client when my pedicure was completed. So I waited... And waited. Also, many of the talented staff, including Mary and John, have already left. Sadly, the quality of both care and customer service has gone downhill. I stayed for my appointment this time, due to my schedule--but this will be my LAST visit. I cannot confidently recommend D.Vinci Nails & Lash for anyone seeking consistent quality or professional customer service. I could say so much more about the quality & customer service, but I'll leave that to others to decide themselves. Hope this helps!

She made two phone calls while I was sitting there to get some help to come to work. She didn't soak my nails before taking off cuticles and she never massaged my hands with lotion. The French gel manicure looks awful! Her reply to my statement that they look awful was "they look fine to me". Funny I thought it was suppose to look good to the customer. I won't ever go back. I paid the 35.00 no tip. I should of held my ground and asked for a do over but I didn't want her doing it and the other girls were busy and soooooo slow. Apparently new at this. I'm checking out licenses.
