There was no facial massage, it was more like throwing the products on your face which literally it happened that way. Lily was lovely and everything but one thing is the personality the other is the execution of work. The place: people go to have a facial or massage in a place that is zen and quiet. It's a space for healing and focus. There's no privacy. The working areas are separated by panels. There are no doors but curtains facing the checkout counter. I could hear the next door client chatting with her esthetician nonstop. For that you go to therapy or simply have that session at home. It was distracting and extremely annoying. The choice of music and volume not okay. It gave me the impression these people wants to make quick money without having proper practice and real experience. I'll keep looking and make the time to check on their certificates online. The ones on the wall look pretty fake. I know this is a brutal review but this impression was fully created by you-- the business. I support women owning businesses but please do it right!

She then came out and informed me that she added a tip for herself already. As my first human touch point for the salon, she was a high contrast from the technician that provided service. I was a little early for my appointment (5-10min) due to their warning in the fine print that if you're more than 7min late you may forfeit your appointment (maybe w/financial penalty, but read your appointment notes to confirm this bit). 7 felt like an odd number, but eh, I was willing to give the salon a try. Mary provided wonderful service! She is highly proficient and efficient! AKA: She was fast with removal (which, when it's coming out at the root -- that's what we love!), did any necessary clean up and had lots of extras to help through the process (for example she spoke about caring for the skin beneath the hair, which some don't really address).
