Before the treatment even started, I was explained by the sales rep during one of their events this is perfect for event nights. I specifically booked the appointment when I had an important event. ! clearly told the provider which skincare products I use--including Vitamin C and Obaji (products they sell themselves)--and was told it was fine. I was given no meaningful pre-care guidance, which is completely unacceptable for a treatment involving active ingredients. The treatment itself was shockingly aggressive and painful. This was not "slightly uncomfortable"--it was a 9/10 pain level, with my eyes tearing throughout. She started with what said was was gently washing my face which already felt like exfoliation and abrasive. Based on everything I've since seen and read, this is not how this treatment is supposed to be performed. I even watched a live demo of this and it looked effortless. This young 21 year old they had made it feel like I was in the Korean spa getting my first layer of skin sloshed off. It felt careless and improperly executed, incredibly abrasive and aggressive. Nothing like a massage. Immediately afterward, my face was covered in red bumps and blotchy irritation. I had an event the same evening, she said I would be fine. My skin looked significantly worse than before I walked in. Instead of improving my skin, this treatment visibly damaged it. To make matters worse, the only aftercare I was given was a faded, barely legible printout, and I was quickly ushered out the door with no real explanation. Nothing except a piece of paper. Is this how you treat human beings when you should be the expert? No one took the time to properly walk me through what to expect or how to care for my skin after such an aggressive procedure. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, training, and basic client care. Between the poor communication, disregard for the products I was using, and the way the treatment was performed, I do not feel this service was done safely or correctly. While the clinic did respond after I complained, that does not undo the experience or the condition my skin was left in. I would strongly caution others before booking this service here. I have reason to believe that the "nurse" performing this named Isabelle seemed very inexperienced. I should also mention that this was hard to book this appointment as they had no one on staff to do it on the day I needed it and then suddenly they had someone with a lot of 'expertise' on hand to do it. I think I was her first patient and she had clearly no idea what she is doing. Also they offered me a release form to sign as they know they did something wrong. I should also add that when speaking to the owner about this she seemed careless, stood behind her staff and dismissed all of my complaints as issues. They offered contradictory info, between when I bought this package and when out I tried to book it. They are all about selling, not actually following thru on what they sell.

While I had some reservations because the interaction felt very transactional, I ultimately liked the idea of an all-female team. Three months went by without a single word from them until my pre-op consultation including no reminder to bring the remaining cash payment. I had barely stepped foot inside the office before they cut me off, demanding the remaining balance with zero warmth or professionalism. I reminded them I would be paying in cash as I had already told them before, but since I hadn't brought it with me, I told them I would have to bring it back later that week. My surgery was only a little over 2 weeks away, so I felt locked in despite the cold environment. Shortly after, I received devastating news that my father was rushed to the hospital. I immediately gave the office a courtesy call, left a voicemail to explain the emergency, and let them know I would bring the cash by the following day. Instead of any human decency or understanding, I received a voicemail stating that if payment wasn't received by the end of the day, they would cancel my appointment. Because I was entirely focused on caring for my father in the hospital, I didn't see the voicemail until the next day. I still rushed over to drop off the money, and while there, I shared my honest feedback about their shocking lack of empathy, especially for a customer spending over $6,000. They then called me the following day to cancel my procedure entirely, offering a full refund ONLY IF I signed a waiver releasing my right to share my experience. They tried to silence me while my father was still lying in a hospital bed with severe health conditions, which they were fully aware of. My money felt like it was being held from me just to force my compliance. The transactional behavior and complete lack of compassion from this practice are staggering. It is so sad that a business run by women, which presumably prides itself on supporting women, would treat a patient this way during a family medical crisis. I refuse to sign ANYTHING to be silenced.... it wasn't until I had to go down the legal route, 3 weeks later I finally got my remaining deposit back. Thankfully, I was able to find an amazing surgeon elsewhere, where the experience was night and day. Save your money and your peace of mind, stay far away from this practice. It is such a relief not to have the usual used car salesman speech when you already don't feel that great! I was checked in, put in a massage chair and greeted by a nurse. The prick of the IV was my biggest concern. As a Southern girl, I bruise easily so I expected the usual pinch and burn but I felt nothing! I even complimented her and she was so graceful about it. No, really! You are incredible! Please teach other nurses! I had my IV with B12 ready to go within minutes. I hit start on the massage chair and in 30-minutes I felt like a new person. You don't realize how dehydrated you are until you take in 1000ml in 30-minutes when apparently the usual time is an hour! Overall, the experience was wonderful. The team was so nice in offering to turn off the lights in my section even offering something to drink. The space was clean, quiet and relaxing. I will be back for sure!
