Within a couple of days, a lady named Robin, I believe, called me and wanted me to confirm my reservation. Her name escapes me at the moment. We walked to the back. My friend went first and I waited in the waiting room for about 25 minutes. When it was my turn, the aestician led me to the room. She was excellent. She made sure that I wasn't nervous. She talked to me throughout the whole thing. I'm sure she's used to it and making conversation, but I'm glad she was! When I asked why that wasn't mentioned on the phone, the manager, Stephanie Hobson, was dismissive, argued over the time, and told me, "If you don't have anything else to say, you can leave."
