I did all of my research and I looked at all of the pictures on her Instagram page of her work and knew I was making the right decision. The day of my appointment I was greeted with a welcoming spirit that instantly put any last jitters at ease. Reba was very thorough and explained everything in details. She started off discussing the different options and we agreed based on my skin type which is oily that Microshading would give the best results for me. She took all the measurements for my brows and drew them on first to make sure I was happy with the shape. After agreeing on the perfect shape for my frame she did the outline of the brows and then applied the numbing cream. Everything she said was spot on throughout the entire process. The entire process took about 2.5 hrs. I was completely at ease and comfortable the entire time, so comfortable I had to make sure I didn't fall asleep. My scars are now orange instead of white - there is no camoflauge or blending with my skin at all. I went for a follow up and Zoe offered to remove the ink. I asked if I could get a partial refund since this service did not work and was so expensive. She said no. But offered a different treatment option to help with the scar texture that would also cost more than $1,000. Why would I invest more money into more services when the business doesn't even stand by the service already given? I said no to the ink removal process because I don't trust this business with my skin given how much worse things look now. I don't recommend the camo service. Too expensive and no guarantee of how it will look after. I didn't expect perfection, but I don't like that this place charges a premium for a service that may or may not look good. So I'm out $1,000 but lesson learned.

Guess what, NO ACRYLIC IN SIGHT! So I asked if she's going to apply acetone to remove the gel base coz I wanted clean nails, give my beds some rest, and once again, she said it's acrylic! I will go back but if I get the same person I'll definitely request someone else. My nails have no room for OPINIONS.
