It was a great added bonus to see her adding on spray tan services well. With each spray tan, I've been impressed with the golden color, even spray, and length it lasts. Really love this product and application. I've tried booth tanning and other brands of spray, this one so far is my favorite, just a very nice glow that lasts for about 7 days, sometimes more. It's a nice touch to be able to add this on directly after my lash services and get both done in a single visit. Highly recommend!!

In March I looked at the training calendar and saw that weekday appointments were during my workday, but there was one Saturday a month. I booked the April Saturday and made the $50 deposit. Unfortunately, after I booked I got a text saying they were canceling the Saturday and I would need to reschedule. Not a big deal except I had to make another $50 deposit to reschedule, which seemed weird. I rescheduled for the May Saturday and asked for my initial deposit back. This was still March when I booked. Fast forward to the night before my appointment and I get a text around 7pm saying they were canceling the whole day of Saturday appointments again. They said I would have to reschedule and make another deposit. I asked for my money back and it took them days to refund me. They told me they had refunded me, but they lied and didn't do it until the multiple days after. They were so unprofessional I actually thought I had gotten scammed. Eventually I did get my money back, but despite making $100 of deposits and scheduling twice, I never got a service here. They were not even apologetic for canceling on me twice. I will not be booking here ever again.

Recently, I tried the Clear + Brilliant Treatment and I can't believe how it improved the texture, feel and look of my skin. I went to Let's Face It by Vicki (LFIBV) in March to get rid of some nasty wrinkles. First WOW of…read morethe day was just the ambiance of the salon itself. The amazing artwork on the walls were absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Even better, because it is a local artist! I too, am a painter so that was great to see a small business supporting another small business. Makes my heart happy! And second WOW, was SHIRLEY, the talented nurse who did my injections. She was so sweet, professional and talented. I had concerns and she was able to make me feel very comfortable. I've had injections before, but she is by far THE BEST I've ever had! Barely felt the injections, and my eyebrows actually stayed even for once (never before, prior to Shirley's handywork)! I had tried Botox and Dysport, but this was my first time trying Xeomin and it's my new favorite (much more pure and natural in comparison to the others)! Great recommendation made by Shirley! I will for sure be a repeat client of hers and would recommend her to anyone! FABULOUS ambiance, customer service, and skills at LFIBV! 5 + stars in my book!!!

I especially loved how much she really listens. She knows I prefer clean beauty and thoughtfully works that into what she uses on me, which makes the whole experience feel very personal. She has also colored, cut, and styled my hair many times, and her blowouts are consistently so pretty and long-lasting. She has such a good eye for what will enhance your features while still making you feel like yourself. Her studio is the cutest space and is conveniently located right across from Perenn Bakery in Franklin, which honestly makes appointments feel like a treat because I can grab an iced americano there beforehand. There's also easy parking in the back, which is huge for downtown Franklin. She's talented, kind, professional, and very consistent. She also offers house calls, which is amazing for events or busy schedules. If you're looking for hair or makeup services in the Franklin / Nashville area, I truly can't recommend her enough.
