This is not a good Pharmacy. The only upside is that they are the only 24-hour pharmacy in Lebanon…read more The staff are generally rude by default, and like to do the bare minimum. Asking for information is like pulling teeth. Several times I've reached out for help regarding either prior authorization or about activating a new insurance. Rather than being forthcoming about information, they give the bare minimum information, making me have to ask several times to get an answer, and they act offended. Maybe my accent gives them the impression I'm an idiot by default. I will be moving my prescriptions out of this place.

CVS called me about 4 weeks ago asking me if I have a current account with them because apparently…read morea medication I am taking has been transferred to them. When I received the phone call, I was so confused. I called the pharmacy that was supplying my medication, and I was told that that medication has been subcontracted to CVS. I asked that pharmacy if my provider (which is Pinnacle Dermatology in Lebanon, TN) has been informed about the switch or if my provider informed them. I did not get a clear answer, so I called Pinnacle Dermatology Lebanon but as always, my call went to voice mail and since that call, NOBODY has reached out to me. I called again two weeks ago and last week, and all these calls went to voice mail. To cut my story short, I was not able to take my medication when it was due. If I am not able to get a response, (this is not a threat) I will do what is right as a patient. Update: 01.18.2024 I just learned that this medication was just approved today by the provider of this dermatology clinic. Not taking the medication for almost a month is totally unacceptable. I am glad that this is not a life and death situation because I would be dead by now. I haven't received any communication from this clinic at all - no apology, no explanation of their reckless behavior.

I've been to this salon 2 times before for root touch ups and a trim. I came in today for a…read moreroot/gray touch up and a curl define style. And left looking like I didn't even get my hair done. Kiana has done my hair before. I shared that I wanted a true "wash & go" style that will lock curls in for a few days.I could tell by the technique that sections were too large and hair wasn't wet enough to define and prevent frizz. She had someone help but it was SUPER frizzy while I was in the chair. I told her I would have to redo hair or wear an updo despite getting my hair done. I still paid full price and wasn't even offered a discount. I used my Diamond balance of $56 to cover some of the cost. And tipped. But was very disappointed. Would rather someone say they couldn't do the technique.

OMG $29 for eyebrows threading. I told her the price is outrageous, definitely overpriced. So if you want to pay triple for eyebrows threading service go a head !!! I think is ridiculous. Very disappointing and felt scammed. BUT my fault for not asking before getting the done.
