My sister in law recommended this place and very happy she did! Facts: when you first walk in the atmosphere is very relaxing, even though they were busy. (Great sign). I was warmly greeted by the sweet woman behind the register helping another guest. She helped me check in easily on their kiosk which took about a minute tops. I checked in as a full set, and she showed me to their nail polish area and guided me to their gel polish baskets. I expected to wait awhile! But about 5 minutes later, Amy came and told me she was ready for me! The service: Amy has clearly been doing nails a long time and has perfected her craft. After chatting with her I could also tell she has a real passion for her profession!! Next time she going to do some kitty designs on me! Am so excited for that! She says she does it all- powder dipped, designs you name it! She was SO FAST. Also I barely knew she was doing my nails. She has a very gentle touch and nothing hurt at any time ever. Contrary to other places I have been that really can drill down hard... you know what I am talking about ladies!! Overall this was THE MOST pleasant experience I have ever had getting my nails done. Pro Tip: They have a point system too for return clients - super nice!! I will post some more feedback on that when I can. Sorry yelpers- was selfishly enjoying my awesome experience! My appointment took an hour and cost $45 plus a $10 tip. I paid for the service with my credit card and tipped cash. Hands down ***** FIVE STARS and satisfied client. Will be returning again!! I walked in the door and Dayna greeted me with a smile and started talking to me like we've known each other for years. She asked some questions regarding the wax to ensure I had a great experience and started working. During the appointment, we had a bit of small talk while she worked and each time she would rip the wax off, Dayna would make sure I was good. After the appointment, I paid and thanked her for the service as she did a tremendous job and told her I would be returning. I don't live in the Cleveland/Chatt area as I was visiting family but each time I make the drive up here and decide I need a wax, I'll be sure to book with Dayna again! Her prices are extremely affordable too. You can't go wrong booking with her no matter what!

I was in bad need of some help with knots in my back and someone recommended I try Mood Swings. I scheduled an appointment with Ann and will be a regular customer from this point forward. Upon my initial visit, she (of course) queried as to any specific problems I was having. After I explained the pain/ discomfort, she explained to me (in detail) what was likely causing the pain and what she would do to relieve it. A "far cry" from someone just "rubbing you down", Ann was very intentional in pressures applied and the procedures she used. I recommend Ann without hesitation! (A five star rating indicates -- to me -- that there is "no equal". I can't attest to that, but I would definitely give her a 4.75 if possible).

It's really pretty and…read moredecorative inside, and they even have a little boutique in there with nice jewelry and clothes. So as far as looking nice they're on the ball. I did feel like they could've been a little peppier when I walked in, being a new face and all. I kind of just got a plain "Hey, what were you needing today?" It was around lunch time so I don't know, maybe they were all hungry or something. Anyway I have a pixie cut, which is basically a "boy haircut " on a girl. I just wanted some blonde chunks and the back trimmed up. The lady that got me charged $85, and said since I was new there, she would throw in the price of the trim with the highlights. That was nice of her but, $85? I have a pixie cut... I felt like that was outrageous for my little amount of hair. And in the end, it wasn't "chunks" like I really wanted, it was more like tons of small blonde pieces all blended together. So I could have saved $75 and went to get the highlight kit from Walmart like I normally do, but I thought I would for once splurge on myself, and now I mainly just regret it because it's not really at all what I asked for. Overall they're clean, it's pretty to look at and they weren't unfriendly, just could've been a little more upbeat I felt, and a bit on the pricey side as well.
