The salon was bright and comfortable and I had great service from the moment I walked in the door. My technician today was Denise and I did the spa pedicure. Denise was fantastic! She checked in to ask how short I liked my nails, shape preferences and ticklish spots. She also checked in to ask if there was sensitivity around the big toe nail so that she was aware if I had any ingrown nails. I really appreciated her insightful questions. She was good to either let me goof around on my phone or later on we chatted a little bit. She respected whatever I was feeling like at the time. I'm so excited to have a spa pedicure salon so close to home! It cost about $5 more than a pedicure at a cheap place but I felt it was absolutely worth it for the superior service and easy communication with my technician. The kicker was that she was arguing with me, and there is polish all over my skin, and there is bubbles in the polish. It does not even look close to the inspo the checkered looks horrendous. Anyway I'll just be going back to RA NAILS. At least you get what you pay for.
