This post is for my mom who went in a couple weeks ago for a fill. Her friend recommended this location for her to give them a try because they do a good job. She asked for a fill and this is the result. Excessive glue and they damaged her natural nails ! Not going back ! Can't wait to get my fill later today when they open. My nails held up for over three weeks, no chips, color still vibrant as the day I got them. I paid roughly 26 not including a tip for a full set with gel color. Great technicians and even better prices. I believe Kristy did my nails. And she was so sweet! Don't let the small shop fool you. They know nails and are wonderful with their customers. I don't get my nails done often but when I do this is the place to go. I'm giving them 3 stars this time only because last week that I went the lady that did my nails did such a bad job. (I usually get them done by Christina) but this time she was busy with another customer, that they had another lady work on mine. can't believe that lady took such a long time It took 1 hr. 20 minutes. and couldn't even file them down correctly. for the next 20mins. the owner of the shop took over to color them & tried fixing them which is appreciated but still I left unhappy, I don't think I'm coming back here again. the only reason why I mention the time was because I had asked upon arrival if it would take long because I had an appointment elsewhere & they said it wouldn't. read more

When I went there today, the ladies working there took two people instead of me and I was already waiting over 30 mins. I came before both of those women. The first woman was taken for eyebrows. The lady working assumed that the second woman who came 25 mins after me still has to work. Even before those two women walked in I explained the service I wanted which was a gel manicure with French tips, so the staff know they took two other women instead of me, which is so unfair! Why do I have to wait almost an hour when I came there before the other two customers? I left, and I'm glad they won't get my money. Never coming back here again! Worst customer service! read more

Been a few times , Nice service very slow only 3 workers take 3hours for a full set and pedicure even with appointment. Service is sometimes rushed when it's your turn, can't say I'm impressed with the service so I won't return. read more

I have been coming here since I was in 6th grade, I am now 28. I'll spare you the math, so a really long time. I have gone to MANY other nail salons: high end, local, and "Instagram famous". I am always finding myself coming back to nice nails. I am always taken care of in a timely manner, my cuticles always look to say the least amazing! Their prices are the best and of-course Jenny, kristy and Ha are as sweet as can be. Not to mention they have a huge selection of gel colors to choose from. Small recommendation, call ahead and make an appointment. It's seems like the complaints in the previous reviews could have been avoided with a quick less than a minute phone call. I'm as picky as can be with my nails, and for me a good nail salon should have certain qualities: customer service, wide selection of colors, timely service, obviously good natural and acrylic nail application, experienced nail technicians, and are they keeping up with the trends. I've always came here and loved it, but I haven't gotten my nails done in over 5 months because of the pandemic. I was pretty nervous to come in but they take temp, make you write your name and number down, make you sanitize, cover everything, shields everywhere. They are taking precautions very seriously. Def recommend. read more

They do an alright job, they don't have a lot of range of what they can do but if your looking for doing something simple then it's okay. Also, the last two times I went it seems that their products have become cheap because my nails always chip even though I'm getting Gel. read more

My friend and I came here on a weekday and I noticed that some of the ladies here are nice but most lack good customer service. My friend happened to speak Vietnamese as most of the ladies spoke it while doing our nails. My friend texted me while I was sitting next to her that the ladies where talking crap about us in their language. I was really hesitant about saying something. To make matters worse they cut my friends skin on her finger nail and toe nail and she was bleeding. When she told her nail tech that she was bleeding the lady just kept on working and ignored her. Furthermore, this place is unsafe because of the lack of sanitation. They dont clean their foot baths between clients thoroughly. As we were rushed to pay or get up from the seat for the next client, we noticed that they just half way sprayed water where we just got our pedicure then filled it with more water and sat the next client immediately. Finally, I will not come back here because of these reasons. This review is long over due! read more

I've been coming here for about 4 years now and I plan to never go anywhere else. I've been to lots of different nail salons in the area and with getting long acrylics there's always the risk of them breaking easily but never here! My nails always last weeks if not months till a fill is needed. Christy is the nail tech I always chose but Jenny does just as great ! After 4 years, I think it's time for some new gel color collections though :) read more

I have been going here since I was 16 years old, which is a little over 10 years now. I loved going here, but since money has become tight to where I'm not able to get a lot done, like I use to, they have stopped caring about treating me with good customer service. They do my fill as fast as they can without caring about my skin around my nails so they can fill the sit with someone they know will be getting more done or a person they hope that will spend more. I'm done going here. If you are still willing to try them out after reading this, go with Christine, she is above all the best there. Also go when they are not busy if you can, it will cut back on the rushing, but do hope when you go in that it doesn't become busy. Then you are screwed. read more

I have been coming to Nice Nailsfor 12 Years! The women there have become more then my Manicurist's, they became family. There is not a manicurist that can come close to the work that Jenny does. She takespride in her work just like Christy, Ha and Natalie does. For those of you complaining theres is always a long wait, well that's for a reason. The ladies are always busy with clients because they are very good at what they do. Would you rather go to a nail salon that doesn't have any clients waiting or one that has alot? Wow they must be good. If you don't like how she runs her business go somewhere else...........but I bet you'll come back to Jenny. read more

I've been coming to this place for years and they do a great job and the prices are reasonable. The girls are nice and I like it because it's very close to me. The only cons are that it's a really small place and it can get crowded quick. So either make an appointment or come during the week in the morning when it's not packed. read more
