They're really nice people. I've never had a bad experience, and anytime I've had a concern, they have been very helpful. It's very clean; they Line the pedicure bowls with a new liner for every pedicure. They also have very clear rules, so you know upfront what you're paying for and what to do if you need help with a nail "problem". They have really nice chairs with the massage feature, and they give you a soda or water while you're getting your manicure done. I've come both times on a Saturday with no appointment and had no trouble getting in. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, and my nails have turned out exactly how I ask both times. Tom has done both a manicure and pedicure for me and did such a fabulous job! Jenny did my pedicure today and was wonderful as well. They have every option of nails and designs you could think of and I loved that I got my mani and pedi done at the same time. I hate sitting for 2 hours to do each separately.
