Mary Nails is a small little shop located off Frankford and Josey Lane. If you blink, you will drive right past it. They don't serve drinks here and the decor is outdated. The thing I love about Mary Nails is that you never have to wait, the staff is very friendly and they do an excellent job. Apparently, I have oily nail beds and no matter where I go my powder nails always seem to chip and if I do acrylic the nails fall off that very same week. I've been here twice to date, and for the first time ever, I'm 100% satisfied with my nails. Go check them out for yourself. read more

Difficult to make an appointment. Understaffed & never answered their phones. When coming in, was told there will be long wait time. Well, had they answered their phones & give me an appointment, I wouldn't need to do walk in & wait. Shop is disorganized & dirty. read more

I was driving by and decided to give it a try to this place since a friend of mine had mentioned it before overall I really like this place the lady did a wonderful job on my gel nails but I didn't do five star onces because the place is a little bit messy and then I think customer service really important on my personal opinion when I first walked in I asked about prices and they were reasonable but then the guy wanted to charge me five dollars more for take off five dollars for this and this.. ect.. sounds it like every thing was being charge idk I just didn't feel welcomed with him especially to be first time costumer which I didn't like it but at but I decided to stayed because they have a huge selection of polish and pedicure it's only $20 definitely coming back read more

Their sign on their front door literally says walk in welcomed, this is the 4th time I've gone and they tell me they can't do a pedicure, unless you have to get a package deal and that's the exception? Today there was the same # of people (3) working and 2 customers and I was asked what I needed and when I said pedicure there was some hesitance and he opened the door and said not now, not now... I used to think these people were very sweet and kind and I liked their services, maybe they were like that since it was after the pandemic restrictions. Anyhow they just need to take that damn signage of their door. read more

Went on Tuesday to get a pedicure and it happened to start raining so they started rushing doing my pedicure and didn't even do the full pedicure. A day later the polish came off so I called couple times to see if they had time to do a polish change but no answer. So I just showed up to see if they could do a quick fix on my toes and was told they couldn't because I didn't have an appointment. Aside from them not doing a good job the first time they refused to just take one minute or two to fix it for me. read more

I love this place! Family owned and operated! I have no issues I come in every two weeks and get right in. My favorite little place to go:) There are two college aged daughters who are licensed and do great work, and one daughter who is allowed to remove polish and helps around the shop. The mother and father both do nails and there is another woman who does everything from nails to eyebrows! read more

This place has so much potential but unfortunately they don't see it. The location is great the salon is nice but truly there is only one technician that can truly do nails. It appears they have their teenage daughters doing pedicures and polish changes but the work isn't that great and any nail salon should be able to do a french pedicure and do it correctly. read more

I went in for an acrylic full set. I had a man and he was actually very nice, but my nails were horrible. When clipping my nails he cut into the sensitive skin that lies beneath the nail, and it was very painful. It was clear he was rushing, but to his defense it was a busy day for the shop, but i never have went home with such A poorly done set. when applying my acrylic he rushed and the finish was very bumpy, when shaping my nails (i wanted oval) the nails were very uneven and box looking. The acrylic on some of my nails dried onto my skin and i had to file it off. It's very disappointing because my first time there i had a woman and she did a very good job. But it seems like there is only one technician that actually knows how to do a variety of things. If you try it out avoid going on busy days or hours. i ended up having to redo my nails. great prices but horrible outcome. read more
