My initial booking clearly specified a deep clean of the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors, including floor deodorizing. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met. The master bathroom did not appear to be properly cleaned, and there was no scent of cleaning supplies or deodorizer throughout the home. After I contacted management, I was told someone would be sent back to redo the bathrooms and floors using a deodorizer. However, it took a week for a follow-up visit to occur. When the cleaner arrived, she informed me she was only instructed to clean the floors. Furthermore, no deodorizer was used during this second visit, as there is still no detectable scent. As a first-time customer, I am very disappointed with this experience and the lack of communication regarding my specific requirements. I look forward to hearing how you intend to resolve this matter.
