The staff: They looked absolutely bored to death because not a lot of customers seem to be in this store. Even the guy that looks like an owner or manager was just standing there trying to blend into the wall. They do not greet you when you enter and they do not thank you for shopping with them. Items: They have things from hats, fleece throws, jerseys, mugs, cups, and etc. in this store. Pricing: The prices can range anywhere from $15 and up depending on the item that you want to buy. My friend bought a hat that had designs on it already and it was $50 and up. Overall: The store is a bit pricey on the hats with designs which might be around the same as the other hat stores. The staff could try a little harder with the customer service.

Cost wise they are a bit more pricey than you'll find in Dicks and places like that, HOWEVER most of the inventory is premium quality merchandise. I am writing this review in hopes that someone from New York Yankees corporate or the Clubhouse…read moreStore management will finally address this matter, as my repeated attempts to resolve it directly have been unsuccessful. On July 12, 2026 while visiting New York, I purchased a limited-edition Jay-Z Yankees jacket from the New York Yankees Clubhouse Store at 745 7th Ave. Before completing my purchase, I specifically asked the sales associate what I should do if the jacket didn't fit. She instructed me to take a picture of my receipt in case I needed to return it. At no point was I told the jacket was final sale or non-returnable. There was no verbal disclosure, no visible signage brought to my attention, and nothing on my receipt indicating that the item could not be returned. The following day, after trying the jacket on in my hotel room, I returned to the store because I was unhappy with the fit. Only then was I informed that the jacket was non-returnable due to its price. Had this policy been disclosed before the purchase, I would not have completed the transaction. Since returning home to Los Angeles, I have called multiple times requesting to speak with a manager or general manager. Despite being promised callbacks, I have never received one. I have also learned that I cannot return the jacket to another Yankees Clubhouse, Lids, or Dodgers Clubhouse location. Businesses are certainly entitled to establish their own return policies. However, consumers are entitled to clear disclosure of material terms before making a purchase. The circumstances surrounding this transaction raise concerns under New York General Business Law § 349, which prohibits deceptive business practices, because I was never informed of a significant limitation on my ability to return the merchandise despite specifically asking about returns before purchasing. This review is not about being unhappy with a store's return policy. It is about the failure to disclose that policy before the sale and the complete lack of follow-up from management afterward. I respectfully request that someone from corporate or senior management review this transaction and contact me to resolve this matter. I would much rather update this review to reflect a positive resolution than leave it unresolved.

I've found the staff here to helpful enough when asking a question or looking for a specific thing. It's pricey here but not as bad as buying in the Yankee Stadium shops. After all, it's mainly a store targeted for tourists considering it's location so prices are as expected. Loaded with merchandise - hats, shirts, jerseys, trinkets, memorabilia, and just about anything a Yankees logo can be put on. Also, I'd rather shop here than be caught dead in the Mets team store!

Me and another guy were standing there admiring it, and he said he was going to get one. Pictures below. They only have a few left, so make sure you go in there and grab one. I was trying to figure out how I was going to get it myself, but being from Los Angeles, wearing a Knicks jacket might look a little like I'm jumping on the bandwagon. There was not a lot of Laker gear, but the Knicks did win. Ironically, they had a lot of San Antonio Spurs gear too. They have a very big selection, a lot of displays for shoes, hats, and clothing. It was also nice to see they had a WNBA section. I think the WNBA is represented very well in there. Regardless of your team, there's very good representation. I think it's a must stop if you're a basketball enthusiast.

I was hoping I could buy one, and there they were!!!! A great size assortment and a big price, an embarrassing price, but I really wanted the sparkle tee shirt just like our amazing team wore right after their incredible WIN!!! And so, I gave myself a July Birthday present--I bought myself the tee for (gasp!) $75. The most I have ever paid for a tee shirt. The quality is there, it is a very well made, high-end quality, heavyweight cotton tee, with embellishments that put this tee in a higher price category but I would have liked a top price of $50 a lot better than the real price of $75. BUT, the tee has the gold embroidered NIKE SWISH LOGO in the neck band, it has black embroidered numbers on the lower right rear, indicating the 16 games THE NY KNICKS WON. I had to ask what that meant LOL. I paid $1 fee for the MSG bag, since I wanted to keep my precious new tee from getting messed up. I am so very happy that MSG SHOP had this special tee shirt, and I am grateful that I was able to buy one. Oh!!! And when I wear this magnificent NY KNICKS CHAMPIONSHIP SPARKLE TEE, strangers say things to me: "LOVE THE SHIRT!!" "NICE SHIRT!!" "GREAT SHIRT", and about half the people do a brief chat, too!!! So, if you're lucky enough to be able to buy the NY KNICKS CHAMPIONSHIP TEE, get ready for having fun, quick chats with other KNICKS FANS.

But North Face isn't the only brand they sell. They also sell Spyder, Jansport, New Era, etc... Pretty much jackets, sweaters, backpacks, bags, caps, maybe a pair of pants or two and accessories in the back. One of of my North Face items in my collection has come from Pole Berg from several years ago, as such also a Yankees New Era cap. I mean I don't shop here all the time, not much anyway with all the retails places that you can get almost the same gear. Pole Berg does sell some unique clothing in that genre of clothing. Specifically hoodies, sweaters, jackets, backpacks and caps. I just wanted to note a store I pass by often, have made purchased in the pass and was really thinking about a green Knicks cap and a classier than the average duffle bag on display at the window.

So this shop wasn't exactly on the agenda but it happened to be next to the pizza shop we stopped…read morein for lunch and as soon as my kiddo saw the box out front with a "5 cards for $1" sign I knew we were making a pitstop. I don't often visit trading card or comic book stores so idk what I was expecting as we walked in but I've got to tell y'all -- five-star experience from the moment we stepped in. Must start off by giving props to the guys behind the counter -- we interacted with two of them and both were so incredibly friendly and personable; when my son asked about Pokémon cards they guided him to the shelf full of packs and then popped over a few minutes later with a goodie bag to take home full of stickers. After several minutes of deliberating my kiddo picked a pack to purchase.. up at the counter they totaled up our purchase and ended up tossing in those 10 cards we grabbed from the box outside for free. They also grabbed a stack from behind the counter (that was likely destined for the box out front) and told him to pick whatever he wanted from there. I know those cards in the box out front don't have much value (being 5 for a $1 and all) so it probably wasn't a big deal to these guys running the shop to give away a few dollars worth but it means a lot to this mom. Super thankful for these guys and their engagement...my lil guy went home super happy w/ a whole bunch of new cards for his binder. Other fun things to share about this shop: - Besides Pokémon they also had plenty of cards to check out: sports cards, magic the gathering, kpop demon hunters, marvel collector cards, etc. There are new packs and vintage cards. - There's a bunch of tables set up in the store.. so that's kindof perfect while you're waiting for your kid(s) to pick out a pack of cards. Or, I supposed, if you and a group of friends are looking to shop and trade cards. - They've got promotions happening nearly everyday! We visited on a Monday and received 5% off our total. - And they've got deals for new customers -- sign up for emails and get $10 in credit for their next purchase. Soooo yeah, unexpected stop, but 100% worth the time. We'll be back for sure.
