She then went out to solve the problem with the employees and they were also extremely disrespectful. She asked both the supervisor and the employees if they could please leave notice or knock before blocking the driveway and they stated that she was the one responsible for communicating with them. What's the deal?

I asked for a simple refund for the full diagnostic because after taking it into Affordable Computers we found the motherboard worked, and the power source plug was not plugged in correctly (that simple). Our hours, availability, and policies have been clearly communicated multiple times. Continuing to argue or challenge them needs to stop. If this continues, I will need to begin charging for my time, and I may have to discontinue our engagement in charge you for the time spent. As the owner, I've already informed you that your item will be ready for pickup on Monday. If you continue to contact me or pursue this matter further before then, I will begin charging for the approximately three hours of uncharged time I have already provided. You have been warned. Any reply to this message other than "Sounds good, see you Monday" will result in me instituting that charge immediately. Please respect this boundary. Terrible business practice, rude customer service. No alternative to actually prove who you are to get help over the phone. Be aware that this company either stores all of their customers info in a non-secure fashion so that their employees can reference it OR they are logging in to your customer facing profile to get information about your billing history and payments. But when I went in in person I was given all the info immediately no questions asked or identity verified in any way. So what gives? Unfortunately not many other options for internet around here but I no longer trust SCTC to handle our information or be at all helpful with the process. And what do you do about a forgotten password? Can't get help over the phone, can't log in to the account to make a new one? We will be looking elsewhere for internet service.

Use Oregon Sate Lock and Key instead, he's mobile and will meet you at whatever time you like and he charges less.
