    For landline phone service they SUCK my phone was dead for 27 days no communication from them they are horrible to deal with

About 2 years ago I was sold a defective $900 phone with a Bluetooth problem where it wouldn't stay connected in my car. They used up their "14 day return policy" with various attempts at fixing it. I spent at least 10 hours on the phone with Verizon techs. Went back to the store probably 15 times. Finally I DEMANDED a new phone and said I wasn't leaving without it - and got one - which worked fine (Galaxy S9+) This year I added 2 lines, got 2 new phones, and at their direction and quotes, switched my plan with a promise of lower fees. My bill jumped from $310 to $498! Another ~10 hours on the phone with Verizon, to find out what TCC had promised me was complete baloney. Another ~10 visits to the store to be met with blank stares and promises to "contact the billing department" - which they apparently never did. Promised me calls back each time, which they also never did, on at least 4 or 5 of those occasions. When I returned to see what happened, "I contacted them and they didn't get back to me". Baloney, utter bollocks . I'm reasonably sure as soon as I walked out the door each time, they simply moved on to the next customer. I ended up "fixing" the billing issues myself, but not at the rate they had promised me if I renewed with them (about $40 more per month than they had promised/quoted me. I don't like writing bad reviews, but I can't deal with this place ever again. Tried to support a local business, they failed utterly on me twice. Nice counter personalities can't substitute for good service and delivering what they promised. This has been a horrible experience now - twice. Fool me twice my fault I guess. Why I went back this year I don't know, and from now on I will deal with the actual Verizon company store - since I had to fix the issues they caused me with Verizon myself anyway. They did virtually nothing to help after the sale was complete except lip service each time I returned to ask for help. No longer can recommend anything about them - they're "nice" but?????

    This place SUCKS!!! I had a guy show up at my door saying that he needs to do a few things with…read morewith my antenna and it wouldn't effect me... Shortly after I got a notice saying if I didn't pay for this upgrade they were going to shut off service (even though I never asked or scheduled for them to come). That being said after arguing and them and them pretty much shrugging shoulders saying "Oh well" I paid the bill..Since then service has been WORSE than ever!!!! AGAIN THIS PLACE SUCKS...Unfortunately this is my only option for internet where I live :( But that being said there is rumor of a different provender coming soon, which is exciting because this place will lose A LOT of business and that makes me happy because they are crappy!!!

I expressed that I didn't want my computer to stay in office over night (they didn't listen and kept it there anyway). When they called me back in the morning(before their tech was in) I had told them "I want to come pick up my computer, but I'm not free until 11 or 12". An hour later I got another call with them saying "we bent 2 pins back but we broke one of them off". Not only did they continue to work on my computer AFTER I had asked TWICE to come pick it up, they broke a $300 CPU and Charged me $45 for their time!!! They refused to work with me to find a solution and now i'm out $345.
