Really good , finish and perfect print thanks so much

Excellent quality printing of our posters, especially for the price, and the website is very easy to use. I plan on turning to NextDayFlyers for future projects. read more

i ordered because they said it would be here on Friday because I needed it for Sunday. We'll it arrived today (Tuesday) Now I'll wait to see if they stand by their slogan on their FB page that says, "It's on time, or it's on us." read more

Paid extra for "next day" printing and "one day" shipping, but received neither. Support was terrible, experience was infuriating, and they didn't deliver on their own name. The only thing they can give you with reliability is excuses. Too bad Yelp doesn't allow a zero star rating. read more

Awful. Couldn't get orders consistent and customer service was all excuses, never keeping word or coming through. Do not use!

I should have trusted the yelp reviews and not placed an order. i placed an order with them at 7AM, asked for a proof, and by 7PM i had not received any word so i called. They decided that it was THEN time to inform me that the dimensions of the file were too small for printing, and that i needed to upload dimensions that were larger - so i did. I then called back and they told me that again, the dimensions are not going to work and while they can print it, I will have to be responsible for a same day rush charge - for a mistake that wasnt mine. Long story short, they informed me that while they knew about the issue at hand, they dont reach out to people for 24 hours - helpful right? I should have trusted the yelp reviews. read more

I will always work with these people, fast turnaround even after I noticed my mistake, it still arrived in 3 days! I'm telling all my agents that this is where they want to get their flyers. Great Service, great product. read more

For the cynics out there, you do this to get the word out and hope that there won't be too much garbage info posted. It's a marketing thing... I like NDF, have used them for business cards a couple of times becuase I don't have a lot of other huge needs. But people I know that do, have used them and things have been done quickly, accurately and economically. The web site creation tool is a little sticky but that might just be me since I'm not much of a designer. Others here said they couldn't get them on the phone when needed, I always have. So I'll keep using you! read more

I used them once and all the flyers were upside down. They say that we should review them on Yelp to be entered into a drawing for $100.00. How pathetic is that??? Maybe thats why they have so many bullshit reviews read more

Customer Service is horrible with this company. They printed the wrong information on my order and trying to get them to correct it has been harder than providing proof that Obama was born in Hawaii. Never using them again. Avoid them at all costs. read more

Horrible customer service. I ordered brochures on Monday for an event tonight (the 4th day). Was told this morning that brochures were in binding dept ready to be folded. I was going to pick up unfolded and fold them myself, called and found out I was LIED to by Cindy in customer service, they were even off the press yet. Manager was unwilling to help even though we needed brochures tonight. SO disappointed. This is my 4th order with them and I was happy until now. Will NOT be using them again due to their unwillingness to offer good customer service and being lied to. :( read more

They've done it again. These guys will NEVER get anything done on time. I use them because they are cheap and supposedly quick but I really am losing my patience with this company. I used their template and put the bleed to whatever the F*#$ they have designated as the bleed line, then they tell me that my bleed isn't enough? I used your fucking template! Then because of that they delay my printing by 1 day and don't tell me. I had people coming in to my office to stuff envelopes and I had to cancel all of them because these incompetent fools couldn't get anything done. This is at least the 3rd time that something like that has happened to me with these guys. I'm pretty sure the purposely do things like this so they have more time to print your stuff. If you use these guys, be warned. YOU WILL NOT get stuff on time. They will mess with you to try to make it your fault but I'm telling you. If their templates are correct, then there would be no problem. If you need something within 2 days.. give them a shot. Honestly though. If there was a better option, for more money that was local. I would use them 100% over these guys. It's like when you'll sleep with an ugly girl because she's the only girl that will sleep with you. But you know that you'd rather have ANYONE else... yea that's my relationship with these guys. If anyone knows of a better local print shop, please PM and let me know. I'm so sick of this horrible company. read more

I try not to give people bad ratting but this is deserved. These guys are operating from the Philippines or somewhere offshore. They take your money and then avoid any contact. after 4 days of frustration and 3 hours on the phone I finally got a refund. Yah and no printing. Such a waste of time. Avoid these guys like the plague. They keep saying someone in the states will call you back. but NO ONE ever does. they use many fake phone numbers and addresses; Next Day Flyers Customer Support 8000 Haskell Ave. Van Nuys, CA 91406 855-898-9870 310-575-4141 read more

Ugh. Sorry to say things keep going farther downhill. I might give them one more chance, but I am seriously disenchanted. I've recommended them to so many people, but I definitely need to cut back on that. On Friday I realized I wanted to order a banner, and have it ready by Tuesday morning. Because I required a quick turn around, I looked to Next Day Flyers, after all, with that name, they are clearly looking to attract people who don't have a lot of lead time. I was disappointed to learn that I couldn't pick it up on Saturday (since that would give me time to redo, in case there was a problem), nor could I get it on the cheaper 3 day turn around, because weekends don't count, but that's okay. Doing work last minute, options are limited. I downloaded their template and got to work on my project. After a bunch of work, but before the cutoff for the day, I got ready to submit my order. When I saw the banner had further choices to make grommets/no grommets/pole pockets, I realized there had been no information on the templates to make sure the artwork matched those choices safely. I interacted via chat to find out how much clearance needed to be made for the grommets (2 inches in from the "safe line" at each corner was no longer safe, and I needed to adjust my artwork. I made all my artwork adjustments and saved it out, and then began my upload. My upload completed at 6:01 PM. The cutoff to have the banner done on Monday (I needed it Tuesday morning) was 6:00 PM. Production would not offer to get it into Monday's print queue despite that being more than 60 hours away. So, Next Day Flyers could not get me a banner when I needed it more than 80 hours from when I submitted my order - even though, if their template had been complete, my order would have been placed with plenty of time. Even with their insufficient template, I had finished the upload literally within a minute of their deadline, but to no avail. It's cute to hide behind policy, but they should also have a policy of having correct templates. Considering everything, I found that to be very poor customer service. I placed my order elsewhere, for pick up actual next day (Saturday) and it didn't cost any extra. The other banner turned out just fine. read more

Horrible horrible quality!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This company is NOT reputable and WILL NOT stand behind their product! Asked for a refund on a shit product, minus the cost of shipping. I was denied. Cards are literally getting thrown away...they are embarrassing! I would be ashamed if I were NextDayFlyers! read more

Don't be deceived by the name. The only way you're getting your flyers the next day is if you physically drive to get them. Shipping costs are pretty absurd, but what I had a terrible experience with was the customer service, or the lack thereof. I tried calling several times for assistance, and I swear they have hired the least personable and most awkward call center agents. And they also don't provide you with a direct line to the location where your flyers were printed. In fact I couldn't even be transferred by a "customer service" agent. Don't let the name fool you, and don't waste your time with these buffoons. read more

I ordered a set of contact cards from this vendor. ORDER # 2405539 I needed them the next day. I paid a large surcharge for this a total of 98$ for 250 not really impressive business cards. the next day I got online and tracked the package. I was told that it would not be her until the following day. So I contacted the vendor they blamed it on fedex and offered me a 17 dollar refund. I told them this was not adequate as I would have never payed anything more that 20 bucks if I did not need it the next day. They then offered me a 35 dollar discount so 63 dollars for less than adequate business cards. No. I told them I jut wanted a full refund as i didn't want to pay for solid gold business cards. I am still waiting for a reply. The website states... We understand how important it is to get your printing done right and done on time. That's why we developed the industry's groundbreaking On-Time Guarantee. When you purchase a product and provide a press-ready* file by the cut-off time, you can choose the delivery or pick-up date to have your order in-hand. We calculate the print and delivery time to make it happen. We guarantee to get your order to you on time or it is on us. Seems like that is a fabrication. They sent me email .... "Job Order # 02405539 This is Eugene, the one you chatted with earlier. You got disconnected earlier in our chat and was not able to finish the conversation. Upon our chat, we will refund you $35 and you will receive the order tomorrow May 18." I did not agree to this and asked for a full refund repeatedly. I replied and told them that. I am really astonished with the boldness with which they disregard thier gaurantee. read more

From being a convenient company, now it is a pain to deal with. They had some kind of pricing problem where reseller like me would get a discount next day turnaround. Now you have to call which will take up to 20 minutes to save $10. If you try to use the LIVE CHAT you get someone outside the country who is not aware of the problem. I had used them for 3 years in probably 100+ jobs. My company is currently looking elsewhere for a solution read more

I have been coming to NDF for all my business needs for over a year and they've never let me down until now. This location was great on pickup times, but recently changed to only picking up after 5:30pm which makes it inconvenient, especially trying to deal with traffic at this time of the day. It also causes a lot of customers coming at one time to pickup right before closing, which creates very long wait times (over an hr). On top of that, I waited for over an hour just for them to tell me they didn't have my full order. I ordered three sets of business cards for my employees and only one set came in. I really needed these for the weekend and they failed me. If I had ordered them next day, I could possibly understand, but they had a full week. Hope they make changes in the near future. Five stars to the employee at the front desk who tried to remain calm despite the wave of customers. It's not her fault. I would recommend to go elsewhere if you need business cards, flyers, etc until they make changes. read more

This is in regards to the NDF website only, however I believe their main headquarters is at this location. We are a graphic design company and have been a loyal customer of NextDayFlyers for years; not to mention spending 100's of thousands of dollars with them. We have recently become EXTREMELY disappointed with NextDay Flyers and their new ownership. In the past month we have experienced multiple orders with mysterious "production issues" and items not shipping to their correct locations that have resulted in them not arriving on their promised date. Not to mention in all of these instances we were not notified of these issues. As a graphic design firm our customers count on us to deliver, so nextday flyers failures reflect negatively on us. I have called many times and talked to numerous people and have experienced a lack of compassion and drive to remedy the situation. They do not stand by their homepage's: "100% Money Back Guarantee...that's why we offer to reprint or refund you, no questions asked!" Instead, trying to get a refund feels like an interrogation and I have even been asked to inconvenience my clients further by obtaining "picture proof" that items were sent to the wrong location. Bottom line, NextDayFlyers is losing our business to another online company who takes pride in their service and products. I will leave just a couple suggestions for NextDayFlyers: - You should change your name to "WheneverWeFeelLikeItFlyers" - Remove your claim to a "no questions asked" refund and "when you smile, we smile" reference because it's obvious you could not care less. read more

DO NOT PRINT HERE! You WILL regret it if you have any type of deadline. I have written a review before on this place, but there service has gotten even WORSE. This place deserves NO STARS AT ALL. I have been using them for over 8 years because the company used to be awesome, but THEY HAVE BEEN SOLD. They are consistently weeks behind in production. They will tell you they will have your item done on time and then not meet the deadline. They will then give you their apologies with no rectification. They have failed me on 3 deadlines and the last one I finally cancelled because they said that they can't guarantee anything will be done on time because of "delays in production". If you ask for a manager they will put you on an indefinite hold. The call center is in Manilla and has NO COMMUNICATION with the center in the US that is actually printing the flyers. Event the templates available on their website are useless, because no one in the company understands them. They don't even know what a bleed line is! They have stopped after hours pick up and have a completely UN-functional website that doesn't work for payment. (All payment are done through an automated phone system that takes forever). Every time you order you HAVE to call to complete the order and the hold times are ridiculous. I have worked in the graphic design industry for over 10 years and I haven never seen such a blatant disregard when it come to providing a service on time. They simply do not care. Even the people working the desk in the office say that the company has gone to shit and to find another company. It is a shame, but this company has completely bombed since the buy out. Take your business elsewhere if you care at all about your deadline. read more

Never Again. Listen to the other reviewers. They should call it Next Month Flyers. Poor customer service, slow process. I ordered bookmarks for a family member's memorial. The price was very competitive compared to other sites... with a much better turn around time and lower shipping rate. My original order arrived with some printing/color errors on a portion of the order. I contacted customer service who responded promptly (on a Saturday). They corrected the issue and had a reprinted order out to me asap, which arrived in time for the memorial. Great service, thank you! read more

This is the spot for all your business cards / flyer printing needs. They use high quality cardstock, fast turn around (next day!) for dirt cheap! Full color on one side, 14PT Ultra Thick Cardstock, UV Gloss on front side, 1000 for $21.95, ready the next day! The higher the quantity, the cheaper the price is! Don't be scared, the address is Compton but it also is listed as Rancho Dominguez. It's in a nicer industrial area not too far from CSUDH. This place is actually more web-based but are happy to have people pick up at willcall for no additional charge. They're open Saturdays too! My friend who's a club promoter directed me to this website for the highest quality business cards. I designed everything myself on their browser based application and I was amazed at how good they looked. =) Customers compliment me on where I get my business cards done at, and I tell them I do the design myself and just have em printed. read more

We just needed postcards printed on one side and shipped to Massachusetts. We tried to order 18 of them at 100 ct. each. The shipping cost was $680.00 dollars! 1800 postcards is comparable to 3 1/2 reams of paper. The pricing seemed excessive and the best customer service could offer was a one time 20% discount. We planned on placing similar orders numerous times but the shipping cost was way too much. Thanks anyway Next Day Flyers., read more

Used to love for years, but no longer. The print quality has changed. The matte finish on postcards is different now and the products just don't look as good as before. Since their paper/coatings are no longer what I expected, I ordered a new sample kit so I would be able to see what the heck can I expect with the paper/spec options. Ordered one online months ago, received nothing so far. Really bummed over the loss of a once great print resource. Guess I have to find a new printer now. read more

Our church has been using Next Day Flyers for at least 5 years now, both for the annual calendars and for promotional posters and postcards. We have always been 100% pleased with the speed of turnaround and with the color accuracy. Layout has never been a problem - the supplied templates explain the safety zones more than clearly enough. If we have ever had any text cut off on the edges, it would have been due to user error on our end, and even so, if it looks like there *might* be a problem with a print, we are contacted before the files are sent to print. We have picked up our fliers on location once, the office was a little hard to find, but transaction was easy. Delivery has always been on-time. This makes it easier for us to procrastinate and send off files last minute, because we know we will receive it on time, so maybe it's not such a good thing..but it's still a good thing. Overall, very impressed with their work. Thanks! read more

I forgot to add that if you don't have a regular person to deal with in customer service, you won't have an "in". How many times have I called to resolve an issue about my cards being misprinted and I had to call back several times to follow up even though someone has told me they'd call me back but never did. Even one of their customer service people have told me to try to create a relationship with a regular agent so I would get the attention I need... That was disheartening to hear because I no longer had the confidence in their products. I have found a new printing place that has excellent customer service and will let me know first if the printing job will be done correctly or not and might I add, they're AWESOME!!! read more

I don't even know where to start. I'm a graphic/web designer and I've been a faithful customer of Next Day Flyers for the last 8 years. I loved the fact that I could place my order online, and pick them up instead of having them shipped. I've used them on countless projects for myself and my clients. When anyone asks for a reputable printing company, they are the first I refer anyone to. That all stopped yesterday. I never do anything at the last minute. I am mostly prepared and organized. I was invited to a networking event a few days before it started and I needed new business cards since I recently went through and rebrand and designed a new logo. With the event only being a few days away, I thought I could count on Next Day Flyers to get me my business cards the same day as long as it had the order placed by 10AM...So I selected that option on a early Friday Morning around 730AM, which was well before the 10AM deadline.. Their Rancho Dominguez location is open on Saturdays for pick-ups so I thought cool, I'll pick them up Saturday morning since they should be ready by Friday evening. I had to work late, so I wasn't able to grab them Friday. I look at the my email Saturday morning to check the status of my order and low and behold the status said "In Production" WTF?!! In Production on a Saturday when I just spent $130 for 100 business cards to be ready on Friday??!! Plus I got no phone call or email stating that my cards would NOT in fact be ready by when I requested? Hell NAWL! I immediately dialed the "customer service" to rip them a new one. I got someone in India or a foreign country of course. I immediately requested a refund AND I wanted my cards too. I needed those cards on Sunday for a very important networking event. Do you know how bad it looks for a graphic designer to show up at a networking event with ZERO business cards? Yes, people still use business cards. Anyway, my order was finally ready for pick up yesterday and I was NOT impressed with the printing quality of my cards. The backs of the cards were scratched! The color was coming off. WTF is this mess? Who is running the show now? Did this place get new owners? When did you guys start providing shoddy service? Why is your customer service in a foreign country? Why does the printing suck? Why do you offer same day service, but can't get it delivered the same day? So many questions. You know how I got my cards for my event though? I had to go to Staples. Freaking Staples. You know what though? Their printing quality was surprisingly decent AND they got my cards to me in 2 hours. I think I might start ordering through them now or find a better company because I am DONE with Next Day Flyers. Do not order from here if you have anything important to use your marketing materials for or if you have an actual deadline. read more

Great quality flyers and SUPER fast service! The turnaround is usually about a day or two, if you p/u at the Compton warehouse. If not, it will take longer to ship. If you're in SoCal, go for the in-store pick up! Flyer quality: Superb! Good quality paper, high gloss finish, vibrant colors. I've received tons of compliments on the quality of the flyers I get printed here. Business card quality: A-ok. It's good quality, but not the best. I would get the matte finish, as it looks a little more professional for personal bus. cards. The paper is ok... I would have preferred a TAD bit thicker though.
