The building has this old school feel with an upstairs quarters someone lives in it looks like. This place has all kinds of books, countless funko pop figurines, anime books, baseball & all sports cards. Super cool finds in here. She refused to give him his prescription just because the insurance didn't cover it. She didn't give him the opinion to pay out of pocket. She send him off in a very rude manner. One of the items that he needed to get was an inhaler and he needed urgently. But she refused to help him, she told him to leave and figure it out with the insurance. My brother is a diabetic and his blood pressure spikes whenever he get upset. The interaction with this lady made his blood pressure go up. He came back to the car crying and frustrated, struggling to breathe. I had to go inside and talk to another pharmacist. But she rudely interrupted our interaction trying to bring up the insurance restrictions. The fact that an insurance doesn't cover a prescription, doesn't give anybody the right to discriminate or be rude to anyone. I asked for her name and she said, her name is Erica. I don't know if she lied to me but here is her face. I really do hope cvs management takes care of this issue because she can't keep treating people that way.
