I have talked to customer service and received a refund for only one of the items. I also have to wait 7-10 business days to reorder the item again because they have to make it out of stock to be able to fix the problem. Hence making me pay for the item a third time. I did talk to Demi the Supervisor in charge of customer service and not only was he unwilling to give any compensation, but he was also rude and very unhelpful during this situation. When I asked to speak to someone else he kept cutting me off mid-sentence to inform me that he was the last point of contact that I could speak to. I am disappointed not only in the service I have received but also that Amazon.com would be willing to treat a loyal customer this way.

Just like their other San Francisco locations, they have their own Wi-Fi network. Keep in mind, it's best to have the Amazon Go app, sign in with your Amazon.com account cause the QR code is your key entry. With Amazon Go at Embarcadero Center, this improves dining options in the area. FYI: I checked the Amazon Go app, it told me this store is open from 7 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday. If you are looking to get a quick snack or light meal without spending too much on food, Amazon Go is the answer.

The building has this old school feel with an upstairs quarters someone lives in it looks like. This place has all kinds of books, countless funko pop figurines, anime books, baseball & all sports cards. Super cool finds in here. The guy taking care of everything appeared to be the owner, super nice guy. I'll be back for sure.

I parked and walked inside, arriving around 12:28 p.m., where they were already pulling the metal security gates down. The same employee loudly said, "We're closed." When I pointed out that it was only 12:28 and they told me they closed at 12:30, she insisted it was "already after 12:30," even though it wasn't. I understand employees need lunch breaks, but closing early and then being rude and argumentative about it is unacceptable. If your posted lunch hours say 12:30, customers shouldn't be turned away before then. A little professionalism and courtesy would have gone a long way.

Thankfully, another employee stepped in and kept the line moving. Not a good look for the business. And another mini room dedicated to puzzles for all ages, jigsaw puzzles organized by age level and number of pieces, as well as mechanical puzzles and brain teasers. I was able to find a 100-piece glitter puzzle featuring unicorns and rainbows, perfect for my niece's bday. Staff was hard to find, roaming around the store blending in with customers wandering the aisles. But once the employee saw me waiting at the front counter, he helped grab my selected puzzle off a top shelf and the purchase process was quick and easy.
