Full Spectrum Technology Group has been an absolute pleasure to work with!…read more I reached out to request a quote for my new home, and within just a few hours, a representative contacted me and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and I received my proposal much faster than I expected. What impressed me most was the professionalism, knowledge, and genuine attention to detail. My representative took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and even recommended solutions and features I hadn't considered. It was clear that he wasn't just trying to sell me something, but genuinely wanted to help me make the best decisions for my home. I received proposals from three other companies, and Full Spectrum Technology Group stood out by far. The other companies took significantly longer to respond and didn't demonstrate the same level of expertise or attention to my needs. I highly recommend Full Spectrum Technology Group to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and responsive team. They've definitely earned my trust!

The raised price also covers our regular remote network maintenance, ensuring your network continuously runs at peak performance following the conclusion of the project. A large portion of business model is our post-install support and efforts to create peace of mind for our clientele regarding our systems." However on that quote was also a $70/mo service plan that was supposed to cover the aforementioned post-install support. I asked about the double charge for support and asked if I could bring my own equipment and they ignored my email So this company is SUPER SHADY and please review your quotes and google any equipment that they tell you that you need because 1. you probably don't need it (we ended up fixing the internet ourselves) and 2. they are probably overcharging you. Just run the quote through Claude or ChatGPT and ask if there's anything concerning in it. It will do all the research for you.

Ami helped to coordinate installs was a total Angel because our schedule is Hectic and our project of sorting out multiple old systems, broken sensors and contacts, and a mess left by the old company (nothing was labeled or organized) required multiple visits and at odd times- I really appreciate that the installers were committed to doing everything right even though it took more equipment and time than we originally anticipated. Also love the head engineers that are familiar with lots of systems to help with random WiFi/network errors. The systems themselves are sleek and easy to use with the app. The sensors can be delayed or disabled for certain purposes. I also accidentally set off the alarm silently, they called me and the cops, and were able to call off the cops easily once confirming it was me. Lots of nice safety features to this alarm which Scott tested to make sure they worked as needed :) We compared to another well know local company that seemed a bit outdated (no app access/control) and a giant national company (expensive setup, less local, not as individualized attention). Ultimately chose safe and sound for the excellent customer service and highly recommend!
