Amazing place! After years of lack-luster PT, I finally found THE place. Well-equipped facility, super energetic vibe, caring and diligent professionals. Avoided my hip surgery with their incremental effective personalized program. Pain is gone and I have strategies to prevent its return. I miss going to PT!!! read more

I LOVE this pt shop, which was recommended by my surgeon in Vail. Very professional and the vibe is lively and welcoming. I love the team approach and the amount of caring that I have received while rehabbing from a serious knee surgery over six weeks. While I was there, they helped me with a few other problems. I felt that they were responsive to my needs and got me where I need to go. The staff is wonderful, and the owner is funny and very engaged in what is happening in the space. Don't hesitate! read more

I had to keep coming back for all my injuries and wasn't the best for me and it cost a lot for little in return. Also, I would NOT PICK TESS as your therapist. Anyone else should be ok. Just not Tess read more

I've been going to Next Level on and off for over 7 years. The care and level of professionalism is unmatched! I recently had a total knee surgery and tried a PT clinic in Castle Rock (as I had moved from the Ken Caryl area to Castle Pines). Let's just say...they weren't NEXT LEVEL! After a few months of trying with the other PT clinic, I chose to drive 50+ minutes to see the true professionals at Next Level! Trust me, they are truly worth the almost hour drive and I happily will do it as often as necessary - this clinic is that good! Thanks Jim and Kylie and Tess! read more

I have been going there for almost a year including pre and post surgery for therapy. Everyone I have worked with including the front desk is courteous, professional and fabulous. They work like a well oiled machine, when busy they are able to accommodate everyone's needs and anytime I call to get in last minute or need to make changes they're always accommodating. i would recommend this team to anyone who wants to work with the best. read more

Great job by the trainers and physical therapists! My main issue was the front door being locked when I took my mother in for a needle appointment. We were standing outside for over 5 minutes and I can see everyone inside and the ladies at the desk didn't see or didn't care about us standing outside. I walking around the building and through the back door and one of the ladies I passed didn't even care that I had to walk all the way around to get into the facility lol. I then walked passed the front desk said, "Hey, the front door is locked" to the two ladies working the front desk. No response. I opened the door for my mom, she checks in and pays ahead of time, we sit in the lobby. Next couple people that come up to the door and it is STILL locked. My moms yells, "Your front door is locked!" One of the ladies gets up and just lazily says "oh...okay". And opens it. No "sorry, we didn't know the door was locked", nothing was said to my mom for mentioning it for the second time, nothing more. They need to have a training day for the staff to remind them that they work in customer service and how to be professional. read more

Next level is a great place for PT. I had a torn achilles and got PT twice a week for 4 months. Friendly and personable staff but most important was their knowledge. Owner is former assistant trainer for the Broncos so he has seen it all. I was considering another place but they only gave 30 min sessions vs 1 hr at next level. They made the grueling rehab fun and I looked forward to my sessions. You gotta go here for PT read more

The staff here is very knowledgeable and educated. Their not looking to be your friend and often you feel like part of a machine. But, their job is to get you better and they did that. Once they get to know you the feeling of being part of a machine and cold medical place the staff warms up and very supportive. I went after a spine fusion on the recommendation of my surgeon. After completing physical therapy I continued with sports therapy. Their methods have helped me gain back my strength and improved the way I have lifted and trained for years. I had so many bad habits and form that lead to several problems that after training here my posture and other things have improved greatly. I highly recommend this place. If you are looking to get better this place this is the place for you. If your looking to be papered and fawned over served Chardonnay or designer water this is not your club. read more

I love this place and post ACL surgery I couldn't have made a better decision. Sadly this isn't the first place I've been to for post injury PT but it is the only place I'll ever use from now on!! The staff treats you like family, educated me on my progress and any questions I ever have are always welcomed. They are very professional & personal with every client. After 17 weeks of working with them I look forward to my PT appointments and celebrating all of my progres with this team. read more

I have been to many Physical Therapists and I am ridiculous proud of Next Level and their staff. Walking in the doors, I am always greeted by their boisterous staff and my personal therapist. There is a big screen TV in the waiting area that is always set to SportsCenter, so you can keep up with whatever sports news is going on at the time. Often the staff in the room will comment on the big game last weekend or whatever big headline comes up. It often feels more like a sports bar rather than a therapy clinic. Inside the clinic itself, there are rows of standard benches for massages and icing. Beyond that it looks like a gym with a bunch of lifting, cardio, and stretching equipment. After the gym, there is a long strip of turf with yardlines for drills and other strengthening exercises. It truly feels more like a gym and a training center than it does a bland and sterile medical suite. There are also TVs along the far wall with ESPN on and there are large garage doors to open to the backlot on nice days. The staff is extremely knowledgable about their craft and are often athletes themselves willing to help you with exercises specific to your sport of choice. I highly recommend Next Level to anyone who is in need of a welcoming a fun environment for everyone. read more

Next Level is the place to go for your rehab. Both of my daughters rehabbed here with awesome outcome. I personally had a knee replacement and was not progressing well. Next Level got me on the right track and I'm doing great! read more

Hard to imagine a better PT experience - these guys are really good at what they do (extremely knowledgeable, caring, and fun to work with). I had an ACL reconstruction via patellar tendon from a skiing and am now (~7 months later) stronger and more physically aware than before the injury. Highly recommend. read more

I kept joking about writing a Yelp review when I left this morning, so I guess I should make good on my promise! Today was my first appointment, so I really can't speak to the long-term effectiveness of this clinic, but I will talk about my first impressions. 1. Katie seemed really knowledgeable and did a great job explaining things to me. I may not have walked away completely pain-free after one day, but I did walk away with exercises, stretches, and a good understanding of what was causing my pain and what I need to do to fix it. 2. It was an extremely fun atmosphere! I spent the hour joking about bearded Vanna White, changing radio stations, and bad Yelp reviews. It felt like I was working with friends. 3. I wasn't pressured to keep coming back for 2 weeks of daily PT appointments as I have been at past PTs. Katie understood that my co-pay was pretty high and left it up to me to make a follow up appointment if I felt it was necessary instead of making me feel like I wouldn't recover without my spending $300 a week. Thanks for everything and I'm sure I'll be back soon! read more

In April of 2017 I had a complete knee replacement surgery and I had the good fortune of being referred to Next Level for my Physical Therapy. My recovery was going extremely well and most of that was thanks to the great staff at Next Level. Unfortunately, in May of 2017, I slipped on my stairs at home and ended up with a complete tear of my quad muscle and tendons, one of the worst that my surgeon and Next Level had ever seen. It required a second surgery and that recovery was and still is much more difficult. During the recovery process, Jim, Joe and TJ had been talking to me about a new process they had been studying and working with called BFR and they explained how they thought it might really benefit me. I agreed to give it a try because everything they had previously advised me to do has been very beneficial. I was the first "victim" (TJ's word!) to have BFR performed at Next Level and all I can say is WOW. What a difference that process has made in my recovery, from the very first time the gains and improvements have been amazing. I am quite sure, without any exaggeration, that I would be nowhere near the stage of recovery that I am currently at without the help of BFR and the Next Level staff, I recommend them to anyone that I even overhear saying they have a need for Physical Therapy, not only are they the best in the business but they make you feel like family and truly care about their patients. I think I have worked with everyone on the entire staff and I have never been disappointed. All I can say is Thank You to the entire staff at Next Level for being at the top of their game and for being the leaders in the industry with innovative technologies like BFR, you guys really put your patients first!!! Sincerely, Jim Florman Arvada, Colorado read more

I needed to go to physical therapy due to a rotator cuff surgery. Everyone I came into contact with was not only professional, but friendly and extremely helpful. Previously I had been going to another PT in Arizona, but Next Level was by far superior. Although I came into contact with many people there, I would especially like to thank Jenna (a receptionist), Cody (my main therapist) and Jim (the owner) for their professionalism and helping me feel secure with my treatment. Unfortunately, I need more surgery and am back in AZ, so can't continue with them. If my surgery is again postponed and I return in the spring, I will be back to continue my recovery. Thank you to the whole staff. read more

I received excellent professional therapy at Next Level after a total knee replacement. I am so grateful I found them. The positive encouraging environment is a key factor to their success as are their one hour sessions. Joe and TJ make an awesome team and their instruction made my recovery quicker. I would highly recommend Next for any physical therapy whether it be for injury or surgically indicated. read more

Very good at what they do! If they know you or if you are famous you get treated like royalty. I am just an average guy and I felt invisible. They did not get to know Me as a person and actually ignored me at times. I quit after 4 visits even though my insurance approved 12. read more

Great experience at Next Level. I came in to continue rehab of my acl/meniscus surgery earlier in the year. My strength was very low and I had little flexibility. The staff at Next Level was extremely informative and motivating to work with. After a couple months, my strength, speed, and flexibility improved immensely, and they taught me how to stretch and move my body to avoid future injury. I am so grateful for my experience there and really appreciate the team culture and positive environment!! read more

Got me from the basement, back on my feet, and then to the next level. These great professionals know what they are doing and do it better then anyone. Cannot recommend highly enough for physical therapy or personal training. You will be sorry if u don't give them a call. read more

I came to Next Level after a Physical Therapist Asst, who was a client of mine, highly recommended them. He told me about a procedure called RBF - Restricted Blood Flow - that creates muscle so much faster than regular exercise. One of the senior PT's there is TJ and he's awesome, excepting the fact that he's a CSU Rams fan, LOL ... Really though, TJ is a difference maker, if you want to grow muscle and recover at an accelerated rate ... you need RBF and you need TJ or his protege TARA (I think there's eastern european roots there ... but she kicked my butt just even more than TJ ... Kind of a love/hate thing if you know what I mean! Seriously, these guys are the real deal. Everyone there is super friendly, Joe, Jim, Patrick etc. But I go because it works! I've already begun to see a difference in my left knee's endurance after just 6 sessions. I will never go to another PT clinic as long as these guys are around. read more

Skilled pt's but was ignored on multiple occasions so pt's could goof around - throw things, joke, take group photos, kind of frat house feel to it. Glad to see positive work environment but not always good for the client. read more

I could not recommend Next Level highly enough. I have had multidirectional instability and multiple subluxations in my shoulders for years, and after a full dislocation I needed a 180 degree labrum repair surgery that required 8 anchors. This is my 4th round of physical therapy, and I have been to 4 different PT places. Next Level is the best of them by far. Their facilities are excellent and the staff are exceptional- I have worked with most of them and they all are knowledgeable and professional. Another thing I've found that is unique about Next Level is they schedule you for an hour as opposed to half an hour, which allows for sufficient time for warm up/cool down and more time to work out. They helped me through the initial, very difficult surgery recovery and then regain my range of motion and strength in my shoulder. They also helped me with whiplash after an auto accident. Thank you, Next Level! read more

No assessment of capability here, but beware of Next Level's actions regarding insurance coverage. I scheduled an appt with them on a Monday and was assured that they (Next Level) would notify me prior to appointment time if insurance was not verified. I showed up at the appointed time next day and notified that I would be paying cash for service. Wasted a good hour of my time and was, as you might imagine, rather aggravating. read more

Last year I had to have hip surgery to repair a torn labrum. I went here for my pre-op and post-op therapy and have absolutely zero regret. The staff here is amazing and genuinely interested in the progress of those they help. I personally worked with Joe, one of the owners, and it is clear he has a great passion for helping others get back to where they want to be and pain free. Lara, Cody, and Levi showed the same enthusiasm, care and knowledge as did the rest of the staff I worked with less regularly. I highly recommend this place to everybody of all ages. read more

I'm not super athletic but after a serious knee surgery I knew PT afterward would be vital to recovery. I wanted to find someplace that felt comfortable and would keep me motivated. Next Level is that place. I'm so grateful to the people who recommended it to me and want to do that for someone else. Like I said, I'm not a major athlete but when you walk (or hobble) into this airy, open gym atmosphere, you really feel like one. The energy is fantastic and I love the team treatment approach. It means you have a main therapist that manages your treatment but sometimes you get to work with other trainers too. At Next Level, that translates to more people encouraging you and working toward your healing. Loved it! My first day of therapy as I approached the front of Next Level trying to figure out how to walk on crutches with this massive knee brace, a woman exiting held the door for me. She said, "Hang in there! It gets better and you've come to the right place." She was absolutely correct. Next Level is a great choice! read more
