I went in for a second opinion on my right foot for Chronic malalignment of the metatarsal, Ocel took X-rays and he couldn't find anything wrong. Ocel sent me to multiple appointments with different providers NOW I see it was only to increase revenue with out solving or my concerns. After he refused to admit there's a problem I looked at the x-rays 4 weeks later and I found the malalignment of the metatarsal plane as day that needs to be realigned in my foot, I dropped off the first opinion and results form other providers showing what was wrong. Apparently I hurt his feelings because he had the office manager tell me not to come back to Cornerstone, (Ocel isn't Man or Doctor enough to tell me himself) trust me I won't and I strongly recommend you don't go to Cornerstone Orthopedics', They are an Extremely greedy practice. You will see DON'T RETURN TO OUR OFFICE STATMENTS IN MOST OF THE POSTINGS ON THIS SITE. WOW do you all see how many complaints Cornerstone has. Also, Cornerstone and Bruce Webber replaced my knee, I should have read these reviews before I went there in the first place, I have been in agony ever since 2022 and now I need to find an attorney. Because I can't go back for them to fix their F*** up on my knee. I'm going to file a complaint with the state. This franchise will not let patients contact the billing department by phone to resolve issues quickly, and answers to my emailed questions never included a name or contact details until I threatened to complain to the Colorado Division of Insurance about their failure to resolve an insurance claim within 60 days, as required. I discovered this office contracts with an intermediary (known as American Specialty Health - ASH) that slows payment between the insurer and their office ---- sticking it to the patient by collecting way too much up front. If your insurer uses ASH --- look up the bad reviews of this outfit -- find another physical therapy provider. This one is for you and yours Matt.

It has repeatedly been my problem to have to call them back and wait on hold at least 15 minutes--or hear a recording that they are closed during business hours--to try in vain to tell them they did not actually in fact send the referral, and having to wait several more days to find out that they did not send the referral again. This is an UNETHICAL DENIAL OF NECESSARY MEDICAL CARE. My condition has gotten worse while repeatedly waiting and I am now considering going to an emergency room. Someone should get a complaint against their license.
