I was surprised at the size of this location. With its open floor plan it feels much larger than the other locations in nearby cities. Most have at least partial walls separating certain areas of the store. I did notice right away that everything was backwards in way of placement of items with holiday decor on the left of the store here. I came specifically for Fall decor, but to my surprise it was full of Christmas stock as well. Every employee we encountered was so nice and they had so many great sales going on. Prices we really fare for most. I do feel however their wreaths are so overpriced. The store was clean and organized well. Parking was a breeze with easy in and out of the parking lot. (She covered her name tag when I asked for her name) Her behavior toward customers especially customers of color is unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. I've overheard her speaking negatively about customers to coworkers at the front of the store, and it creates a hostile environment.What's disappointing is that the teenage employees show more courtesy, respect, and professionalism than she does. This store deserves leadership that reflects the same positive attitude the younger staff demonstrate. Wonder how the company feels about loosing customers per the ugly behavior of an employee.
