Amazing Service and Immediate Kinship! Had a flat on my fat tire 4 miles into the first ride after the recent thaw. So disappointing BUT Next E-Bikes saved the day. Nick was busy but agreed to have us bring the bike over and he would fix it straight away. He took the bike downstairs and said to go have lunch and he'd be finished in about 20 minutes! We never left for lunch because we had such a wonderful and informative conversation with Tom- the other "half" of this fantastic team. Both Nick and Tom were as enthusiastic about E-Bike riding as we are and are involved in advocating for safe and sane E-Bike regulations. Paid a fair price for the tube replacement but Nick gave more. Went over the bike and tightened and greased and then came outside to my husband's bike on the rack and did the same inspection and service at no extra charge. They have lots of E-Bikes of every variety in stock and you don't have to worry about support after purchase-which is difficult with some imported bikes because shops don't want to work on them. Well I finally made a decision to purchase an Ebike. After 3 years of searching and visiting different bike shops, I came to a conclusion. Then my expressed an interest, and once was one now became two. I took her to Nick's where Nick spent time with her and taught her the ropes of riding again. Tom was great as was Jake. No pressure, just plain fun and pleasure. Interesting selection. Velotric is their major supplier, but he has other brands to choose from. Can't say enough. Check them out. read more

Awesome staff! Exactly what you would want when walking into a store nothing about their products. Extremely helpful, and knowledgeable!!

Nick is up front and listens to what the customer wants and then provides a few options for them to test ride. When it comes to service, many things take time to arrive and when a customer beats the crap out of their bike and things like the controller, wheels, headsets, etc. break, it takes time. I've been helping Nick as a mechanic and most of what I've worked on is straight up abuse of the bike. Any time electrical parts are involved, there will be issues and setbacks. His store is a great place to check out an electric bike, who else would let you take one through the park on a mulch path and dirt???? With all that being said, I enjoy helping him out with his mechanic needs as we learn from each other. He does not price gouge like the other review states, clearly a miscommunication or not a customer. read more

I had Nick do a tune up of my ebike and to put on new tires. He finished the job on time and returned my bike looking like it did when I first bought it. When I dropped it off he checked the mileage and suggested that the brake pads might need replacing. After checking out the bike, he advised the pads had some life left on them and I could probably get through another season. I received good service at a fair price. read more

Don't Trust Them Nick the owner is worse than a car salesman. Slick fast talking who will tell you anything he thinks will get him the sale. We unfortunately realized this after doing business with him. It will take weeks to get parts you ordered and he always has a different excuse why it's not in yet. It took 3 weeks for him to repair our E-bike. Then the price he quoted us for a part went up 35% in price when we went to pay for it. He basically called us a liar saying he never quoted that price. We didn't plan on paying an additional $198, so that hurt. Nick is a dishonest liar and we will never trust him again. Don't make the same mistake we did and go to another store for your E-bike needs or go directly through the manufacturer. Nick you should honor what you quoted someone regardless if you make less money. You quoted the price, so be a man of your word because that's the right thing to do. Being dishonest will not get you far in life. You just lost our business and everyone we know business. I doubt that's worth the extra $198 you made off us. read more
