Well, she was wrong in that a blind with whiter undertones was absolutely what should have been ordred, not ivory since my cabinets were WHITE. When I called to tell them they don't look good next to my cabinets and that I took their recommendation, they said it was my mistake, I shouldn't have ordered them. When I said I took Katie, the designer's recommendation, they said it didn't matter, it was my decision and they would not exchange them. When I asked if they would consider a break on two cornices to cover the cream strip near the white cabinets above the blinds, they said NO. This was your fault and we will not give you any concessions. HRMPHHH. Go to Lowes or somewhere else to avoid this company. I just took 1 minute to get ready and in between this time, the lady started attending another customer. She came back saying that customer to wait for 2 minutes as the waxing will take only 2 minutes. Indeed she took 2 mins to finish the job but I got my skin peeled out I guess.
