The embroidery was for my Grandmother, as I had been given word just days before that my Grandfather was gravely ill. We thought we had about two weeks. We did not. When I called to see if there was any way I could place a rush on my order, there was no hesitation. The order was complete the very next day, and they called to advise me as such.
