I dropped off my pants on Monday and was told they would be altered and ready by Thursday between 2:30 and close. The quote was $80, which is already outrageous just to get pants hemmed, but I agreed because I needed them for my graduation. I called at 2:30 on Thursday to say I was on my way. I got there at 3:05 and the shop was already closed. They close at 3. No heads-up, no courtesy call, no apology, no explanation, and not even a follow-up the next day. I was left scrambling before my graduation and had to throw something else together last minute. It honestly made me question if I even needed to get the pants altered at all because this whole situation was just horrible. What was the point of taking my name, phone number, and contact info if she wasn't going to use it? I never got a single call. Not even to confirm the pants were ready early. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if she forgot about the order completely. She showed no remorse and then had the nerve to try and charge more for expedited service, even though she knew my deadline from the start. That was enough for me. I didn't even go back to pick them up. I hated that it was this horrible because I really needed the help and trusted her to come through. If you have anything important coming up, do not go here. Save yourself the stress.

I purchased my dress in September 2025 (Cait helped me during my first appt and she was great) and was told it would be ready for alterations/pickup in October. October came and went with no communication, so I reached out in November, only to be told they weren't sure why I'd been given that timeline, as the dress wouldn't be ready until January 2026. At the time, this felt manageable since my wedding is mid-May 2026. However, the issues continued. In January, my alterations appointments were canceled same day three separate times with very limited and far out options to reschedule. When I finally had my first fitting, the service was poor and the alterations were done incorrectly, requiring me to return for another appointment. Initially, I was told alterations would take less than a week - but by this point, it was already mid-April, just one month before my wedding. On the phone call before my second appointment (to fix their mistake), I was told my dress wouldn't be ready for another month- meaning the week of my wedding. I even asked about a refund so I could take my dress to be altered elsewhere, but was told that wasn't an option. Then, after finally being able to come in for the appointment in April after multiple calls and speaking to a manager, I unexpectedly was told the dress was actually ready to take home despite multiple prior conversations with different staff members insisting it wouldn't be ready until May. Overall, the experience was disorganized, inconsistent, and disappointing. Communication was poor, timelines constantly changed, and it often felt like no one knew what was going on. I regret choosing to work with them and would strongly recommend that other brides look elsewhere.
