Billy was attentive and read the room well, I was exhausted by my visits. He was careful and courteous and didnt waste time. It was unexpected and welcome and to my suprise gave me the most competitive deal of the day. After visiting everyone else the most enjoyable experience of my day was at Hohl Subaru with Billy. I didnt end off buying the soltara we discussed and went with an ioniq but the experience was refreshing. Thank you

I will also heartily recommend them to anyone who will listen. Y'all are awesome, thank you.

In an era where it feels like every customer interaction is optimized solely for maximum profit,…read morethe team at Capital Auto reminded me that professional integrity and genuine kindness still exist. I came in with a specialized battery registration issue--the kind of technical hurdle that usually leads to a "luxury vehicle" surcharge or a long lecture about proprietary software. Instead, the staff handled it with total expertise and, incredibly, didn't even charge me for the reset. As someone who values efficiency and no-nonsense service, I was blown away. They understood that a quick, helpful solution is worth more than the line item on an invoice. They were fast, knowledgeable, and truly helpful during a high-stress week. If you want a shop that prioritizes people and long-term relationships over a quick buck, this is the place. They've earned my respect and my future business. Highly recommended.

Trustworthy repair shop…read more A special thanks to Gesselman's Garage. I have a true appreciation for the work performed over the past few short years of finding this shop. In diagnosing and repairing my 2004 Jeep Liberty - you were fair and honest throughout the process. Wayne also understands that not every customer understands the needed repairs. He is willing to walk you through the process. The repairs and the prices make sense. I'm thankful for this shop! I have to go where trust has been earned and demonstrated. In this age, it's refreshing to see top-notch customer service from a local family-owned shop. Finally, an automotive repair shop that stands behind their work. I now understand why your lot is full and the shop is constantly busy - you, Wayne, and your family and staff should be proud of the business.

110% recommend taking your vehicle to Marc at Hollar's…read more I can't say enough about how professional, obviously knowledgeable, and kind Marc, the owner, was through out the entire day/service. My car completely engine failed on a trip and I had my car towed, many of the high rated mechanics in the area could not even look at it until Monday. Marc said he'd be able to at least check it out today, he did just that as soon as I arrived, then professionally explained my engine's catastrophic failure, showed how the bearing failed and my engine oil was contaminated etc.(I don't know much about engines other than to change the oil and he explained the issue patiently and simple) and provided me a full write up. Marc was honest, thorough, and knowledgeable and I would 100% take my vehicle here for diagnostic and service in future, even though it is a farther drive. While I ended up towing my car to the nearest dealership because of this kind of failure seemed likely to be covered under extended engine warranty/settlement and dealership needed to make that call, I found the diagnostic information he provided helpful based on the engine failure happening with my vehicle- especially when speaking with the dealership and finding help. Marc and his team are experienced, honest mechanics and just great people.

I can't say enough good things about Scott at Smith Automotive…read more After being referred by Discount Tire, I brought my older Lexus in for an A/C repair. Scott quoted me a price, stayed within that budget exactly, ordered the parts, and had everything completed within 24 hours. That kind of honesty and efficiency is hard to find. More importantly, he treated me with genuine kindness and respect throughout the entire process. As a woman, taking a vehicle to a mechanic can sometimes feel intimidating, and it's easy to worry about being oversold or taken advantage of. I never felt that way for a second. I felt informed, respected, and confident that he was recommending only what my vehicle actually needed. He also performed a thorough inspection of my nearly 20-year-old vehicle and gave me a realistic, prioritized list of maintenance items to keep it in great shape over the coming years. Instead of making me feel like I'd made a bad purchase, he reassured me that I'd bought a solid vehicle and explained how to keep it reliable. Honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring--everything you hope to find in a mechanic. I'll absolutely be returning for future maintenance and repairs, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scott and Smith Automotive to anyone looking for someone they can trust.
