Given how well my 4Runner protected me in the crash, I knew I wanted another, but finding exactly what I wanted, with all the features I wanted, and that I could afford ... not so easy. Dustin walked me through a bunch of options, answered a lot of sometimes-stupid questions, and was very patient and kind throughout. I had been considering Carmax/Carvana options before this, 100% because I didn't want to deal with a car salesperson. But then I read so many horror stories about those services, I felt like I was stuck. Enter Dustin who, at the end of this entire process, feels more like a friend than someone who was trying to sell me something. He got me into a super sweet used 4Runner and then took me through a list of options I could roll into my loan if I wanted (I bought my last 4Runner at a Reno dealership, and that didn't happen - didn't even know such an opportunity existed). The finance process felt pretty painless, which was exactly what I needed, because my head still wasn't 100% clear, and that's a scary condition under which to go into debt! I never felt pressured or in any way hesitant or unsure. Lots of honest communication before the day of purchase had really set me up for an easy go of it. I am so happy to be back in a 4Runner, and with a local dealership, where I can stop in anytime, if I have questions. Huge thanks to Dustin and the whole team there who helped me. Very grateful.

Tom called and said the DEF tank (inside sensor) was at fault, and they didn't have one in stock so he sent for one at a Reno dealership...told me my truck would be ready at the end of the day. I was impressed. Not only was my truck being repaired, but the communication was great. I have had poor experiences with other Chrysler dealerships, (I mean possible!) but this was by far the best. Why did your driver shove the other person's bumper into the back seat of MY car, ripping and staining the interior? Why did you not respond to one single inquiry that I made online, since all I was trying to do was locate my car? All of these questions land on one answer, because you had the intent to sell my car, you are thieves. I may have been in an accident, and had I not smacked my head, I would not have let my car be towed by you, not when I have my own roadside assistance. But as soon as your driver saw that I started AND drove my car to the other side of the freeway, he stopped answering questions and providing me with information (like where it was going, it's on the slip was his answer, no surprise, it wasn't) because he, like you, knew that it would get maximum $ at auction. Hence the fast lien(in case I was able to get the car, you get to charge for that) and, wait for it, a SECOND charge for the filing for a lien. This company is ran by and staffed with half-wits and thieves at best. I know my next move, but I hope you get so much more than you deserve. You may tell yourselves that you're not that bad, good even. But deep down, you know what you all are, and what you all deserve. I just hope that I have the opportunity to give you some of it.

Mark Shadi and the finance manager was great to work with. No pressure to up sell us on vehicle warranty or under carriage spray. Clean little dealership that is welcoming and easy to do business with. Total transparency and low DOC fees compared to Reno/Carson dealerships.
