Damage caused by grill replacement

Improve service quality. Took 4 different service trips to attempt to complete factory safety recall wherein the front grill flies off due to bad clips. The last time, the truck was handed back with broken loose fender moldings!

This dealership is the definition of shady sales tactics. They bought a car for $500 and are now trying to flip it for $5,000 while claiming they put "$3,000 of work" into it. In reality, that so-called "work" was nothing more than checking tire pressure, topping off windshield washer fluid, and slapping in a cheap $100 GPS tracker. That's not investment, that's deception. The salesman pushed hard with fake numbers, trying to make it sound like the car had tons of value added. It's nothing but a scam to trick buyers who don't know better. If this is how they do business--lying about repairs, inflating costs, and using gimmicks--I wouldn't trust them with a penny. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Wow! We took our GMC Yukon back to Michael Hohl motor company today (02-26-2025) because it had a check engine light come on. Turns out, that the repair was going to cost $850. Plus the labor to replace/ install the bad part. GREAT NEWS! We purchased an extended warranty on the vehicle when we purchased it in December 2024. The ENTIRE repair and labor was fully covered by the warranty. Our Service writer was Zach Hawthorne, and the Tech was Tom Bevan. The repair was done in the same day, and our vehicle was WASHED AND READY for us when we arrived to pick it up. Michael Hohl motor company has gone over the top AGAIN! Excellent Service. We will be taking all of our vehicles to them for any future service. Thank You Michael Hohl GMC.

The car we bought is fantastic. (Our 3rd bought from this great dealership) The sales staff and the finance staff were wonderful. Plus car was priced right. We have owned it for 2 days......superb vehicle. They get 5 stars for the staff, the car itself, the excellent customer service and the Michael Hohl organization in general. Shout out to Corey my salesman, Charles the sales manager, Matt in finance and of course I would never leave out dear Tisha. All Fantastic at their jobs and kind hearts as well.

So I am writing this review on behalf of my dad... he got to Michael Hohl, arrived 15 minutes early for his 8 AM appointment and was greeted by Michael Perry. Michael took his keys and told him to go inside and hang out for about 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, he was there with the keys, and the paperwork. My dad was out of there so fast he was raving about the fantastic service he received. Thank you Michael Perry and Michael Hohl for making such a wonderful impression and for having excellent customer service.

Terrible Service Department! Zero Communication as well as Customer Service for rental while vehicle being serviced. DONT GO HERE!!!

Today was the first time I went to O'Reillys because my mechanic had me pick up some Freon and…read moresome gas treatment for my Corvette. The minute I walked in I was greeted by Robert, a big friendly guy knew exactly what I was looking for and immediately brought it to the counter. I wasn't too sure about the gas additive so he just told me just put it in the gas tank whenever and it will help with the gas quality. He asked me if I had signed up for their rewards program and I told him no, and they immediately signed me up, gave me a senior discount, a coupon to get a $15 credit card and a military discount and set up my Corvette in what he called "virtual garage "which means anytime I come in and buy anything for that particular vehicle. It will keep track of what I've purchased, and I will do the same thing for my jeep when I take it over to get windshield blades. Setting up the rebate documentation was very easy and they've already confirmed that they'll be sending me $15 gift rebate. I'm going back to get windshield wipers for my jeep and that will certainly help toward the cost. They do all kinds of things there, they have a scanner for your engine, they can check your windshield wipers and I don't even know half the things that they do, but they're full service. I also met Lenna one of the parts people and she was equally friendly and knowledgeable. It's easy access off of South Carson Street and they have ample parking. The store is clean, the aisles are set up so that you can see the signs big enough to know what you're looking for and how to find it on your own. I highly recommend this particular O'Reillys, which is in the south end of Carson, closer to my home.

This was my fifth visit to this location. Very nice people…read more Clean place, the bathroom could use some attention...it's an auto parts store, not a restaurant. Only place around that had my part. I took advantage of their call ahead service and It was waiting for me at the counter. Talk about fast and efficient. The gentlemen behind the counter were knowledgeable on the extra parts I needed and on their location in the store. Believe it or not, they made a suggestion that saved me time and money. They could've let me walk the plank and screw-up the repair. On another visit, the staff tested and verified that our alternator wasn't the issue (which deep down I knew but it's important to get it tested and eliminate the potential). Between them and the other customer that was there, they were able to point me in the direction that got our issue figured out; We also had a ball in the process! I haven't even tried another parts store (to compare) because every challenge has been met and exceeded. Thanks, boys! 7/19
